Called this morning and had a technician in my home within 2 hours. Kellen was knowledgeable, polite and extremely helpful. This was without a doubt the easiest experience I have ever had with a service tech. Strongly recommend the cooling company and Kellen should be commenced for his work.

The Cooling Company is extremely efficient and timely. They have state of the art, energy efficient units and smart systems. Wellington is a very knowledgeable, super clean, and professional person. He is very honest and his company has a wide variety of equipments to fit every budget. Most important, he is very precise and understand that when it comes to AC, time is of the essence and he works super fast. I am very thankful and I absolutely recommend their services. By far the best AC company I ever hired in Las Vegas.

I called the cooling company to install our new Ecobee3 thermostat. They were able to fit us in same day, in fact were able to do it earlier which was great. The technician Landon was quick and great to work with. We have an older house so he had his work cut out for him, but was able to get it installed quickly and cleanly. He was very professional. What really struck me was how reasonable the price of installation was. I honestly expected it to be twice what we paid. He made an effort to give us the best deal possible. I plan on using this company for all of my future HVAC needs and will definitely be requesting Landon as our technician. I highly recommend all around.

This company was amazing, from the vivacious person personality of the lady who gave me an appointment the same day. The technician did a great job on the tune up. He gave me multiple options to consider for the best A/C performance, based on the age of the unit. These are the go to for A/C and furnace and I'm certain whatever you need! I recently had Carlos the Technician come to my home and service my coolers. His was very knowledgeable and patient. He explained clearly and concisely what the problem was, and how he can fix it.Customer service from the time I made the appt to the follow up was awesome. I will be using them in October for my winterizing.

Solid company. They always come on time and are very professional. Their maintenance package is a pretty good deal I think, and it helps having someone remind you to get your AC checked before summer. Highly recommend, they've been honest and professional in all their visits.

Wellington is a great guy all the girls and guys in the office are great all the techs are great. Jorge and Carlos are our main guys and never let us down and the installers are professional. Normally you get a company that will come and do an install and leave a mess or scratches on the wall or some sort of dust or debris but this company is on top of things. We use them for all of our ac problems so far we’ve had 38 units repaired or replaced and I’ve never had to hound them or ask for anything. Really worth it to use these guys.

Best company I have found for handling our business needs. The maintenance contracts have worked out well for us. Originally they only had them for the HVAC, but now they also have one for our Swamp Coolers that we use as well.
