WHY WAS MY REVIEW REMOVED??? Called them for an estimate for a new system. Was told though my system was old, they could "give it a real good tune up" and have NV Power pay for part of it with their program. Instead of replacing I spend around 600 on the "tune up." It broke after that, costing around $400 more, and broke again less than 2 weeks later and I was told that the system needed to be replaced? Duh?? That's what I said before I was conned into the "tune up." They said don't worry they'd apply what I spend to a new system. Funny thing, their prices were around 4k higher. SOME SAVINGS. I'd RUN . . .

Jose and his team were great. Arrived on time and called 30 minutes prior. I had some pretty damaged ducts and they were able to get it all sealed up in a timely manner. I would definitely call them for all my AC needs even outside of the NV Energy powershift rebate

But one of the workers stole a ipod from my house. I had it playing to it on a speaker dock before they arrived. Turned it off once they arrived. 6 Guys come into the house were all over the place doing the job. I offered them bottled water or anything else to make the job more comfortable. When they left, went to put ipod back on and it was gone.

I called the gentleman that seemed to be in charge. He was nice enough (no apology but nice enough) but he seemed NOT surprised that something was missing. He said he would get into it. Got a call back from a lady from the home office. At one point she started yelling at me for being upset that her people stole something. Seriously, you are going to yell at me for your people's dishonesty?? They demanded we will file a police report before they took any more actions. Report has been filed and we have told them the file number.

I'll up date if any thing comes of it. We are not rich (so replacing the device is not something we can do easily). We just purchased the house by the skin of our teeth and this company came recommended to do a free service from NV Energy.
Avoid like the plague unless you want things to go missing in your house and to get yelled at for pointing it out.

We were part of the NV Energy PowerShift Program -where they use contracted/licensed technicians to come to your home for AC/Heating and Duct maintenance to keep down energy costs. They came out and did the work 9/13/17. Last week when I turned on my AC unit it blew regular air. It wasn't cooling. Called an HVAC company to come out and check what's going on. The technician asks who last worked on my AC. Lee's on N. Stephanie St. He said they did not tighten the unit's core and it leaked 12 lbs of freon over the year. Called NV Energy and they don't stand by their contractors. Called Lee's directly, spoke to the General Manager who lied to me over the phone that they never took the gauges off of my unit. Question: who replaces freon and does a tune-up and doesn't check if it will leak? What kind of service is that. The technician from the HVAC company argued with the GM over the phone and said he was robbing us and negligent. When I asked the GM to speak with my husband and explain what was going on, the GM refused saying my husband is not the customer and how could he know that that's my husband? What a bunch of clowns!

I had to leave about the time they came in, but my wife said they were very professional and well mannered. she even gave them chocolate chip cookies when they were done!

From the time the crew entered the home until they left, all went as a perfectly tuned instrument with no missteps whatsoever. Professional in all aspects.

Wonderful, respectful, efficient, serviced within 24 hrs of initially being contacted. I would recommend to any and all.
