Bob's Repair AC, Heating and Solar Experts Las Vegas

Gabby and Jamal discovered that the outdoor capacitor of my A/C system was just out of spec range and needed replacement. They offered to replace it for a reasonable price. I was thankful that they found and took care of it before it led to bigger problems. I want everyone on my block to know what a great job Bob’s Repair did for us for such a good price too. So about 4 months ago I got my AC and Solar done by Bob's Repair. I wanted to wait to write this review to really see the results and I am super happy about my decision.
During the time I decided to get my 20 year old HVAC systems replaced by them after getting estimates by a few different companies. They had the best reviews and good pricing so i went with them. I then was told that they also offer solar and I could bundle it together to get a nice tax rebate. I've always been interested in solar so took plunge and had them do it all. They were so quick and finished everything in just a couple days. Once they finished, they had the nevada inspector people come to officially transfer our system to solar use. Our power bill went from 300-400 a month to almost nothing. I am also glad Ive added value to my home as well. With the HVAC systems, they have worked wonderfully and are super quiet. They cleaned my ducts before they added in the new systems as well. So it was really like one stop shop for me but getting a really great deal from a legitimate company. On top of that the process was very quick and easy. So thank you Bob!!!

On July 3rd, the hottest day of the year so far, I was awakened at 5:30 am by a grinding noise coming from my 18 year old central air conditioner. I called Bob's repair at 6 am fully expecting to get an answering machine. To my surprise, my call was answered promptly by Fred the owner of Bob's. Fred had a technician dispatched that morning who diagnosed my compressor had failed. This was an expensive repair so we determined it was in our best interest to replace our aging HVAC units. Fred offered a very fair price and scheduled the job for the following Thursday. Since the heat was extreme Fred had a technician drop off a room air conditioner which cooled our Master bedroom and made sleep possible. That Thursday morning, technicians Francisco & Eric arrived and promptly went to work. They continued until the replacement was complete without breaks. They respected our home utilizing drop cloths and cleaning up completely when the replacement was completed. I could not expect more professionalism from a company.

EXCELLENT service! I can’t recommend this company enough. Our air conditioner died during a 113 degree Vegas weekend and they got out to us next day. Our service provider Ron was on time and got our air conditioning up and running quickly. Could not be happier with the price and honesty they showed. Bobs is great. On time, fast, friendly and efficient. Installed two new units. One on the 2nd story pad and one downstairs. Here by 8am and gone before 2 pm. They cleaned up after themselves and were very professional. They worked with my schedule, even with unexpected changes and made sure it was done before the heat arrives.

This company, Bobs Repair, is excellent! I highly recommend. My thermostat went out and I called them based on all of their 5 star reviews. The technician Jason Thack came out within 2 hours. He was very courteous and professional. He installed a new thermostat & was on his way in about 30 minutes. He did not hassle me or try to sell me on something I did not need. The price was very reasonable. Bobs repair has just made a customer for life!

The biggest praise I have about this company, is their honesty. They were great all around, got right to work, immediate response, prompt scheduling and did it all with integrity. I scheduled them to clean my dryer vent. My house is nearly 20 years old and I don't know that it's ever been done. After the service was complete, they were open about the incredibly short length of my actual dryer vent and that I shouldn't ever have to have it cleaned out-ever. The sheer fact that they didn't try to mislead me is enough for me to call them in the future for any other service they offer (just not my dryer vent) because I know they won't take advantage and tell me I need something when I don't. So thank you!! Side note to further point out the honesty- another company tried telling me it would cost $300+ to have my dryer vent cleaned out.

They responded to my inquiry on a Sunday, like a few other companies. They were able to do a free estimate the same day. I did shop around and get different quotes. I talked to a few other good companies that were quick to reply and had great customer service. I chose Bob's because they offered the better deal as far as price for the product and warranty. They did a great job from start to finish. Estimate on a Sunday, made a decision on Monday afternoon, they were ready to install first thing Tuesday morning.
