We had a great experience having Bob’s Repair install a new full AC system. Matthew was really helpful and provided quick and organized estimates. Made the initial process very easy and efficient. The installation crew Joe, Keith, and team were very thorough explaining the installation progress and did a great job with the whole installation. I appreciated the clean up at the end and making sure all dust and debris was vacuumed. Overall, great experience and highly recommend Bob’s Repair.

Very Friendly, not pushy at all, in fact the service technician got up on the roof, replaced a fuze and determined that my issue was a bad thermostat. Tech arrived early (within a couple hours of me calling), and was very professional. He installed a thermostat, ran me thru the operations of the new system and made sure all my questions were answered. I've used them in the past and will be referring them to anyone in need of this service!

After reading the good reviews they had, I called Bob's Repair with AC issues in the middle of August, and a technician arrived at my home in under 3 hours. They diagnosed my problem in under an hour with minimal repairs, and only charged me the assessment fee. My AC is working now and I'm super happy with my experience, very professional and efficient. I'll definitely recommend Bob's Repair to anyone and will use them again if necessary.

Christian from Bob’s Repair showed up on time, he was courteous, personable and professional. He diagnosed and fixed the problem with our system. Also scheduled appointment later the same day to follow up to make sure it was working properly. Our unit is old, Christian was informative and helpful with all our questions. He assisted us with our decision to purchase a new unit, we completed financing and scheduled installation. We look forward to our new unit and working with Bob’s Repair for long term maintenance. Bob's was awesome! A company that contracts with a big box home repair store did the bare minimum (looked at, but didn't physically inspect the a/c) then quoted $15k to replace the whole unit.
Christian from Bob's came out the same day, took the door off the a/c to inspect it and found the issue in 30 seconds. He had the replacement part in his truck and it look under 15 minutes to repair and have the cool air blowing again. *For under $250!*
He also quoted a $2k cheaper price if the whole thing had needed to be replaced. He was friendly and personable, honest that the part might fail again, and my dog liked him! I have already recommended Bob's to my friends in case they need a/c service. 10/10 Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Bob's Repair AC & Heating. I contacted them this morning and had an appointment between 2 - 4. (It would have been sooner if I had answered my phone.) Everyone I spoke with was professional and courteous. Fernando, my technician, explained everything he was doing and had my system up and running in less than an hour. He was friendly, professional and really seemed to care about getting our unit fixed. If you need AC or heating repair, give them a call. I've used another company in the past and their service was no where need the great service and attention I received from Bob's!

Excellent service and great price. The guys were very nice and gave great advice. I had my air ducts cleaned and coil cleaning and got a free dryer vent cleaning. Will definitely recommend choosing them and receiving service from them in the future.
