Thank you Elite for bringing Alan to talk about your company and product. Top notch professional who answered all our questions and put us at ease. The whole process was so smooth. The installers came and again showed the professionalism that we would expect from a top notch company. We talked to several installers and Elite could not be beat. They even cleaned our much needed duct work for half the cost. We have 2 systems that were replaced. Again a big thank you to Alan at Elite!!!

Elite had been a fantastic company who are honest in their service and repairs. I’ve been in my home for 12 years and they are the company that I’ve entrusted my a/c service with. They don’t pressure to upsale you, but they do present your options if necessary and that is why we will keep using them.

My A/C wnt out. Elite had a technician here within an hour. Richard was very professional, talked me through everything thing he checked and showed me on his instruments that my compressor was bad. Ultimately we decided to replace the unit. The installation crew was also very professional and efficient. Raphael, Oscar and Felipe were on time and the installation went off without a hitch. Very, very good service.

We have used Elite for plumbing, new water heater, and AC repair and replacement for years. They always have the best prices and have better quality than anyone else we inquire with. Today they replaced an old AC unit that stopped working and the crew was professional, courteous, and maintained a clean work space. I was very impressed and so happy to have great AC!
