Mike was great!! Our water heater needed to be replaced due to leakage and age. He explained what was wrong with it, replaced it, and showed us how to maintain it every 6 months. Also extra details on ingiting it back on as well. Great guy and great personalized service. Will definitely recommend and use again.....maybe to attack my old water softener next.

Our service tech, Ken, always looks out for my family. Elite remembers to book our regular checks, even when I forget and they’re so easy to work with. Can’t say enough good stuff. They just rock!
ADDED: Our AC unit has finally decided to die, in a record breaking heat wave - on a SUNDAY!!! The Elite team showed up ready to help. Our ew compressor was ordered immediately and less than 12 hours later is being installed. They even sent us Ken! There was no added Sunday fee, there was no arguing, no nothing except for just being there when we need them. These folks are dependable and helpful.
ADDED: No one wants to deal with this kind of stuff, but Elite makes it easy. Our most recent tech, Anthony, was patient, clear and helpful. I was blunt and he rolled with the punches. And as always, Elite is a company I trust - that makes them worth everything. Trust is earned and they do that every time - I just wish there weren’t so many times.

When our A/C went out last week, we had another company come out before Elite who diagnosed the problem, but couldn’t fix it for 3 days. Knowing we couldn’t wait that long I called SO many companies who either couldn’t come out the same day or wouldn’t check to see if they carried the part we already knew we needed to fix the problem before coming out and charging me a diagnostic fee. Not only did Elite agree to check for the part before coming out and charging me, they fixed it within hours. They were professional, informative, and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone, and we will definitely use them again in the future.
