Right Now Air gives honest and professional service with great savings for service club members. Louis got my 25 year old AC running within a half hour, and clearly explained my options going forward with this dying machine. When it finally gives up the ghost, I’ll use Right Now to install my new unit.

Craig was my technician. He called prior to arrival as promised by the office. He went over the services he performed. He also assured me if I had any questions post service call the office would be happy to answer them. I have been a customer for years and feel Right Now Air is trustworthy, professional and responsive to its customers needs.

Chris is a very professional employee with a courteous and informative approach to his work. I appreciated his notifications on the timing of his appointment and his expertise while doing the repairs.

We’ve been using Right Now Air since 2008 & my parents used them for most of their life. They are a trusted company w/ excellent customer service. If something is wrong they will make it right. We just had our first check up on our A/C unit after joining the membership, and again couldn't be happier! Craig was polite, professional and relaxed. That's a big one with me. Dislike uncomfortable people doing home services. Craig was super friendly! Our ONLY A/C service we will ever use! More businesses should take their lead!! A++!

They are awesome. When we were getting quotes they were the only ones to look in the roof. Explained everything completely. We ended up having them put new duct in the ceiling. Everything was when they said would be here and put in on the day they said. I have even kept the yearly warranty with them and every person that works for them has been professional, efficient, and my wife and daughters have been comfortable with every that works for them. We called in the morning about our heater not working - heater was back up and running by lunchtime! Technician Craig Robillard showed us pictures of the damages and kept us posted throughout - great service! And super friendly!
