I didn't know they made AC technicians so friendly!! My heat went out last night and I scheduled with Elite for Nate to check it out at 9AM. He showed up 10 minutes early, figured out the problem within minutes, got my part and had my heater working again in less than an hour!! Very professional I already recommended him to another friend of mine.

Jay and team were the absolute best. From the moment he came out to give me the quote to today when my new system was installed they were just totally great. They were very communicative and always returned my calls. I'm so happy I chose to use this company. The install seemed to go well, I have heat and AC now and the system is blowing more air than before because they installed a wider intake line. The other companies that came out didn't even mention that. I just couldn't be happier. Thank you!

Richard did a great job of explaining the testing procedure on my HVAC system.He indicated one of the testing numbers didn’t measure up.Rather than wait for a possible failure later on decided to replace the part and look forward to a functioning unit come July/Aug.
