I know you are like me. I would like someone to treat me fair and honestly. I've found this with Elite Plumbing. They helped me by explaining every stage of repair that they were doing when I needed to make an informed decision. Thank you, Elite, we've found a company we'll continue to do business with as long as we need.

Jesus came promptly at the expected time; was warm and courteous to my elderly parents, and listened intently to my plumbing issue. As we walked through the house, he gave me options that made sense. I feel I made an “informed” decision and we set up the appt for repairs.

My air conditioner broke. I called and Nick sent a technician within an hour. The technician explained to me what was broken, how much it was going to cost me, it was reasonable, and fixed it in 20 minutes.

Have used them in the past (2 years ago) for condenser coil repair. Today was for maintenance They come promptly and are very knowledgeable. They are licensed, very reliable and willing to explain what/why repairs need to be done. Also have military discount. 👍🏻

I have been a customer of Elite for several years, and the longevity makes a statement. The customer service of its employees goes beyond the call of duty. Over the decades, I have been in a couple of emergency situations, and Elite had my back and was there to support me. Most recently, Sharon made it possible for me to get service when it’s work load was scheduled out for a couple of days. Before days end, Jesus showed up. Professionalism, kindness and caring is exercised at Elite. I would recommend Elite to all, and I’m so appreciative to know it’s integrity which also makes a statement.

I called their office on February 16th and spoke to James to ask for a mini split quote. Alan came out on February 21st and was diligent in explaining the process, and got back to me with a number. They had a competitive price, but we went with another company who better met our needs.

Fair pricing and good quick service. All went as proposed and the crew doing the install (2 new split systems) were hard working and efficient. Overall a good experience.

The technician was both friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Her recommendations, based on conditions found and age of our system, included both what needed to done now, and recommendations of what not to do given the age of the system. Additionally, when she left, you could not tell she had been at our house, which was awesome since the visit required access into separate attic spaces. We will definitely use this company again!

I gave one star for the purpose of making an appointment. Told they would be out between 10 and 12, waited till 4pm no show or call. I have one day off and wasting it waiting on a plumber is absurd. So if you want to give them a try cause they have 5 stars go ahead, thats why I tried them. But after this, I stick with my 1 star experience and take my business elsewhere.
