I have purchased two units from Elite, both are in perfect condition, very pleased with Service and installation.

Using them for years they have put in my A/C and my water heater always very good. And come over 2 x a year to check everything

I have used Elite in all three homes I have owned over the last ten years. The found an issue in our heater one time that prevented our home from catching on fire and I have used them ever since. They have been dependable, professional, and are reasonable in their pricing.

My daughter was referred to this company when she needed a new AC system. I recently moved in with her and we moved to a different house which needed AC maintenance/servicing. Since she had experience with Elite, we called them again. They came on a Sunday, checked out our AC unit and suggested a part be replaced, then came back within a few days to install the part.

Our technician was Alex. I was totally impressed by his professionalism and his knowledge even though he is pretty young!! I also LOVE that this company is a family business and local to this area!!! I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again!!

Today I had my Water heater serviced by Elite Plumbing and could not be happier with both the Technician and the company. I had a water leak in my water heater and had no idea what the problem could be. I was sweating that I had to purchase a new heater witch is very expensive especially being on a 100% disabled veteran's pension. The tech took his time trying to figure out what the problem was for about 45 minutes. In the end, it turned out to be only an inside valve that needed to be tightened. My total bill was $182.00. The tech could of very easily told me he had to replace the whole water heater, but he didn't. Wow! An honest company and a real trustworthy technician. I'll be calling Elite Plumbing again very soon as I now need a water softener for my home. At least this time, when I call, I will feel at ease that I am not being taken for a ride. By the way, the Technician's name was Sean, the plumber.

I found the service to be very professional, the young man was very knowledgeable and very personable. Highly satisfied customer.

Jesus introduced himself as soon as we met. He was super friendly and informative. He explained what he was doing as I watched. He also made sure that the water was running hot in the kitchen and nearest bathroom. He is someone you can trust. Thanks Jesus and Elite!
