Bobs did the install on my mother in laws house I believe the installers name was Francisco and I forgot the other ones name. I’m an hvac tech myself and stopped by to check it out and the work was excellent , my mother in law felt very good with this company and I inspected the work and have no complaints !

I was definitely impressed. I was so impressed I put my money where my mouth is and signed up for their service plan. Last night my A/C went down and was blowing hot air. Only one person called me back (in case you wondering, it's this one that I'm writing the review about). Yes, it was after hours so I don't blame ALL THE OTHER A/C company even though some of their website states 24/7. Listening to the guy on the phone, sounds like the guy care more about doing business with me then even I did! Also, the veteran's discount was a plus. Next day the technician, Christian, came by and I was impressed by how personable the guy was. I didn't feel like I just like some guy rummage through my house so he can do his job. I felt he actually cared and I'm not just another number. So yes, I would highly recommend this place.

Then they dropped the ball and ignored me for a month when I asked for details on vent cleaning. So what made them stand out in the first place is nonexistent now. I don’t do business with people that feels their time are too precious for their customers especially considering I am a returning customer.

One of my thermostat's went dead. No Heat down stairs. Called Bob's on Saturday morning and they came over at 8:30 am Sunday morning. The power wire melted and separated inside the heater. It was promptly replaced and my system was up and running. Quick and professonal service on a Sunday at a very reasonable price. The tech Christian Rivas was excellent and found the problem immediately and corrected it.

Bob's repair did a tremendous job within a short amount of time replacing our water heater. please thank the very courteous employees on their Swift and professional job they did for us

I purchased a new a/c unit from Bob's. They also installed a new duct and bent in my garage and attic insulation for me. I liked every part of the jobs they did for me, from the quote to the completion. They are extremely helpful, friendly and professional. I'd recommended them to everyone I know.

My furnace had quit putting out heat so I had tried to be a youtube HVAC tech and tried to fix it myself. I quickly realized that I was probably causing more problems and wasn't comfortable working with gas. I called Bobs and they scheduled an appointment for that same day. Adan arrived at the scheduled time and went to work up in the attic. Soon the furnace was back to putting out heat. Adan explained what the issue was and how he fixed it (for him it was a simple fix). What happened next is what will make them my company for all of my HVAC needs/issues. Adan could have very easily charged me an inflated price for services rendered (which I was kind of expecting), but he said he was only charging for a service/diagnostic call. This is a local company. They have earned my business with their knowledge, customer service, honesty.
