Bob’s came out to my home for a duct cleaning. They were on time. Both workers were clean, neat , and professional. Heard a noise the following day. They came back and made a couple of adjustments. Noise went away. Noise came back, and so did Bob’s. They saw a part that was going bad, and replaced. Nothing that they caused, but changed it anyway.
I appreciate their honesty, and efficient service. JC was great to deal with.

I always use Bob's Repair for anything involving HVAC heating/AC. I recently contacted them about installing solar on my home. Fred personally came out inspected my home and had an estimate that day. He was super freindly and very professional. When we decided on a date to start the installation his empoyees were very punctual and professional. They were very knowlegable when explaining things, considerate of the noise since I have small children and they cleaned all debris. I highly recommend Bobs Repair for any HVAC/Solar needs you may have in your home!

When I called Bob's on July 3rd, Fred told me he could have someone come out the next day, July 4th. I was thrilled because the first service company I called couldn't come out until July 10th. Fred told me the cost for diagnostics would be $89 but waived if I accepted their quote for repairs. The other company would have charged $139 for diagnostics. Ron Simbulan was the repair tech assigned to diagnose the problem with my AC. He arrived July 4th just after 8am during the 8am to noon window promised. He asked me a couple of questions about the problem I was having and quickly got to work to find out what exactly had gone wrong with my system. He explained to me what parts needed to be replaced immediately and which one was recommended for replacement. I accepted the quote he gave me and then he gave me a 5% senior discount when I asked if there was a senior discount. He told me that there was a one year warranty on today's work and parts. I asked him about maintenance service and he told me about the $149 service contract that included a winter and a summer service of my AC unit. I asked if that could be added later and he said yes. He completed his work, the invoice was paid, and he left. I was pleased with his pleasant demeanor, knowledge, and quick, clean work. I will definitely recommend Bob's Repair to other people and look forward to being a customer for my AC maintenance service in the future. The story: Saturday night, my AC unit started making noise. I called another AC company with whom I've had a service contract for almost a decade. They said they would call me back Sunday. Come Monday morning, the best they could do is two weeks later. Later that day, the unit stopped cooling the house.

Multiple friends and and co-workers INSISTED that I call Bob's Repair, so I called Monday afternoon. They had a service technician at my house Tuesday morning. Bad news for me, the 17 year-old unit was kaput and it was time for a new one. On Friday, Bob's Repair showed up with a new unit and three hours later, my house was cooled again.

Each step of the way, the Bob's Repair team were professional, kind, courteous and taking care of business. The folks on the phone were awesome and understanding. The repair technician was amazing and explained everything to both my wife and I. The installation team was great. They showed up and started working while we attended my son's Kindergarten graduation. Outside of some banging and drilling noises, we barely heard a thing while they were working. Most importantly, they followed up to make sure that my air duct cleaning was scheduled after installation. It was too easy.

My experience starting with the initial phone call was amazing. The representative was kind and ensured us that a tech will be here. When the tech "Christian" arrived he introduced himself and was very professional. Searching for someone to trust in this industry is difficult, but this establishment is well worth the experience.
