Our technician Adan was FABULOUS! He showed up on time and found the problem within 15 minutes! He could have lied like most contractors and charged me an arm and a leg BUT he told me the truth. Gabby and Jamal were the amazing techs sent to our home. They were prompt, friendly and extremely professional. They explained everything in easy to understand terms and were exceptionally accommodating when we realized we needed another service done. They were able to come back the next day and complete that in addition to the work they had already done. As a Las Vegas homeowner, one of the worst things that can happen is your AC unit going down during the hottest time of the summer season - which is exactly what happened to us.
