Bob's Repair AC, Heating and Solar Experts Las Vegas

This is the 2nd time we have used Bob's and we wouldn't use anyone else. They don't inflate the prices and they never tell you that you have more problems than you actually have. We had Adan this time and Christian the 1st time. You will never regret calling them. They are better than outstanding. I wish I could give them a million stars. They are the most honest company in Las Vegas and surrounding areas.

From the beginning Matthew was the kindest person. Let me know exactly what I needed in order to make my house cooler. He wasn't trying to force a product on me but was actually trying to teach me why I needed these things. He was beyond professional and explained EVERYTHING in detail. Answered all my annoying calls and billions of questions without hesitation. JC does their duct work along with Jamal. Both so thorough and great at answering my questions. The services are great, the product is great, but the kindness and the way they treat you is the best selling point! McKay is also really thorough with the details in pricing!

I had a new ac unit installed. I really appreciate they worked so hard to get the job done. Although it did take longer than anticipated, at least I know they really cared about doing the job right. The new system is such a beast and I love the smart thermostat. I'm also glad I went with these guys because they have a longer labor warranty than most offered. I'll definitely go to them for other services.

Adan Rodriguez is a great technician who represents Bob’s Repair in the best way. He has won our business moving forward. Such a great company that would have no problem recommending!!

I have to say that I WILL NOT USE ANY OTHER COMPANY than Bobs Repair and A/C. I met the owner Fred when he and his team were installing an A/C unit for my neighbor and he was just an all around great guy. We spoke about other things such as “Block chain” and transparency in business. He was just very genuine. Although I was not in need of any A/C work at that time , jump forward a few years and my sister who had been using another company for 20 plus yrs started to give her the run around saying she needed all this stuff to keep her system going. I immediately thought of Fred and Bobs Repair. They got my sister taken care of and at WAY less cost. The fact that they did right by my sister meant a lot. Now I wanted to change out my old A/C unit and again guess who I went to. First Robert came by and looked everything over and I got a quote(AWESOME PRICE) Then Keith and Joe came to do the install. Let me tell you, good guys and EFFICIENT!!!!!! The next day I had a small hiccup and called the office and they sent out Ron. Let me tell you not only is he a great tech but one of the nicest human beings you could ever ask to meet. He had everything sorted out and I was back in business. My wife and I love the new A/C and can’t thank you guys enough. So any work you need be sure to call them!!!!!! You won’t be disappointed.

HVAC can get so pricey, but Jordan did amazing at the place for 2 visits! They also worked with me payment method w.o taking a loan!! Would recommend!

Daniel Johnson and his assistant were truly honest, professional, knowledgeable, helpful and polite. We will certainly use them again to do work in our house again. They did an outstanding job in cleaning our air ducts!. Great job, gentlemen! 👏👍

Excellent service! Adan, our tech, was on time and very friendly, even with our crazy dogs barking at him! Our AC battery needed replacing, so service call fee not charged, only fee for new part $225. We will definitely call them to check heating out next month. Very happy to have found Bob's! Highly recommend!
2/2/23 Needed maintenance on our heating unit and had Kyle as our tech. Super helpful and knowledgeable. We ended up needing a new thermostat. Kyle installed it and explained everything. Very happy with this business. Highly recommend!

Jason was very on time and got the work done in a jiffy. We had to get our annual AC Summer Tune up and he let us know potential problems down the road with our unit. Thank you Jason and Bobs AC! Highly recommend them. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
