Spring 2023 update: We just had Justin come to perform our spring maintenance to be ready for the Vegas summer heat. He is simply amazing. I'm a geek too and he shared all the readings from his equipment and told me the unique qualities we had purchased in our systems from The Cooling Company five years ago now. Super friendly customer service and thorough job cleaning the coil fins on the units! Happy again.

We purchased our energy efficient units from the Cooling Company and have used them for our twice yearly tune ups ever since. Frost, this year's tech was very thorough and informed us the best way to care for our HVAC heating units and filter systems for the upcoming winter months. His inspection and data showed everything is well within specs and the units are running like a charm. Ready for the holiday winter time.

The Cooling Company takes good care of its customers from the call to set up the appointment through billing and follow up. Each person listens responds clearly to make every conversation pleasant and productive. The techs do a great job and explain what they did in simple terms. I am given enough information to make my own decision. I do not feel pressured or up-saled. We just signed up for another year of their maintenance program. We look forward to having them back out in the summer and before if the need arises. Thanks Cooling Company and Mr Chavez.

Justin Chavez was here to check on why we were not getting enough cooling in our 2nd floor bedrooms. Our system is working well after he inspected it, and found that several vents were closed downstairs. He opened them and advised us how important scheduled maintenance is for our warranty
to be effective. Also suggested sun protection material for windows...Justin was professional and patient with all our questions. Somewhat cooler upstairs, but we haven’t seen 100 plus days yet!

These guys are extremely responsive and came out to my home over an hour before their scheduled time (with plenty of advanced notice). It was 90 degrees in my house and the technician was quick to get to work and figure out that our downstairs HVAC was wired differently than normal. He reinstalled my new thermostat and advised me on the installation of the upstairs one as well.

All around wonderful experience.

Justin Chavez (technician) was excellent. He explained everything he was checking and was very professional. He did a excellent job on our AC unit this summer with a Freon leak when he was our technician. The best technician we have ever had on any type of service call. Thanks, Justin

The Cooling Company was very responsive to our needs. They worked with us to help us get the new air conditioner that we wanted. The technicians that did the installation were excellent.Wellington Santana, the owner of the company, followed up and made sure the installation was done correctly. He demands quality work from his employees.

Mario & his apprentice did a fantastic job getting our A/C unit up & running. The A/C unit went out on a Saturday & the part we needed was out of stock, so we were going to have to wait until Monday for the repair. Even though it was only mid May, the outside temperature was still hot & we like to keep the A/C units at 70°.
As Mario was leaving, he let us know he would make sure he was able to be the technician to repair our unit ASAP on Monday & we said goodbye & see you Monday.
Less than an hour after they left we got a phone call from the office saying they had found the item that was needed to repair our unit & that Mario & his apprentice would be happy to come fix it now, & it was already almost 5:00pm. I said "yes please" & by 6:50pm these awesome guys had everything up & running!
My husband & I are so appreciative to them for going above & beyond & getting the repair done the same day! I'm pretty sure most techs would not have come back on a Saturday at almost 5pm to do the repair.
The Cooling Company is very lucky to have two knowledgeable & terrific technicians as employees!

Great company! We were impressed with their knowledge and their ability to "troubleshoot" the various issues as they came to light. We originally contacted them to help with a tricky wiring problem created with the change from NV Energy's thermostats to Ecobee thermostats. We also knew we would need a complete overview of our cooling systems but just wanted to get the thermostats working properly. In the process, wiring problems revealed other problems in our 18 year old system and we decided to get the double AC/furnace all replaced. One day later and well before the AC is needed, we have it completed. Many thanks to Frost and his team for providing the initial service and options (fix or buy) and a great shout-out to Marcos and his team for getting the job done efficiently and completely, which included protective cloths, attention to carefully removing the old and installing the new, and making sure everything was left in perfect condition (vacuum and clean-up). Good job to The Cooling Company!

I had the best experience with this company. I called to have my ac looked at on Friday. They came out first thing Saturday morning. My technician was Mario who was very professional and had explained everything to me. I really respect an honest person coming to my home and Mario was just that. I will definitely use them again. My AC and airflow in my house has never felt better and can’t thank them enough. Thanks Mario!

The tech. Joe Anthony was great. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He got v the repair done in a timely fashion and got our a.c. back to work. I would definitely recommend the cooling company and Joe.
