Nelo came to maintain our A/C unit. He was on-time, professional, and used covid safety protocol. He did a thorough job of cleaning unit, and was friendly. I have no complaints about his service. The Cooling Company has always done a great job for my family.

Nelo was great and made it so easy to get my A/C replaced. The 2 technician spent all day installing it and how polite they were. Nelo came back at the finish of the installation and took pictures and ask if everything was good. No complaints with this company. Very Professional and everyone at this company are so polite.

The Cooling Company was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. From the initial phone call, to the consultation, and as well as the installation. Erick was thorough with the inspection and helped us understand what was needed for our home. Marco and Miguel were here for the beginning of the installation and worked very well together. These three made a really good team and had the AC system up and running in no time. We are very thankful and glad we had gone to The Cooling Company for our new AC unit.

Came home the other day to find my A/C not working. Put in a claim with my home warranty to find that the contractor they use has very very poor reviews so I looked for a different contractor with better reviews. The Cooling Company was able to come out that same day to figure it out. Luis came out and was very friendly and knowledgable. I was on my lunch break from work and he had it diagnosed in about 10-15 minutes. Luis showed me exactly what was wrong and the diagnostic steps he took to come to the conclusion of the failed control board. This really stood out to me as a sign of an honest contractor. I went ahead and authorized them to order the part and complete the repair. Luis came back the following day at a very convenient time and completed the repair. It turns out my home warranty wouldn't have even covered the repair in the first place so I am grateful for the reviews I found on The Cooling Company, their fast service, honest technicians and overall great experience I had when it can be stressful to find good contractors these days. I will definitely contact them with all my future business and request Luis. A+++

BEST.SERVICE.EVER!! I called Jay Monday because a friend recommended him to me. His service is second to none!!! He is honest, dependable, and affordable! I wanted to run natural gas off my house and to two fire pits. He made my life so simple and hassle free. He summited all the paper work to the city to pull the permit and do it correctly. Wow! Excellent experience with The Cooling Company!
Our upstairs AC unit was not blowing cool air which caused the temperature of the whole house to rise. We called TCC and they were able to get someone over to diagnose the problem early the next morning. They called when the technician was on the way. Technician showed up on time and was able to diagnose the problem in five minutes! He called the office to get the price, made sure it was good with me, and had the unit fixed in under an hour. Great customer service and execution! We will definitely be calling The Cooling Company for all of our future AC needs!

The maintenance plan is worth purchasing. They reach out to me every Spring and Fall to schedule a healthy tune up before the season arrives. They “know” our system here at the house and therefore keep it in top shape. Always professional, shoe covers, promptness, they provide air filters and answer questions- everything! Highly trustworthy. Highly recommended.
