The Cooling Company

I have to say my experience with the cooling company was awesome. The customer service people were great, very friendly, scheduled me right away, made sure I got a call the day before to remind me of my visit and even sent me an ETA with the techs picture. Carlos was great. Very informative. Answered all my questions. Couldn't ask for a better tech to come out. I will definitely use them again.

Overall it has been a good company to do business with. The service techs have always taken their time to explain what was needed and have kept the units I have functional. The latest tech Ryan is knowledgeable and caring and hopefully my 16 year old unit will appreciate his work as much as I do. So far they are running smoothly this season again! We are looking into getting more energy efficient and new models. Ryan was good enough to write up a couple of proposals and send them to me so I can try to get a grip on which units are going to be best for my needs.

I've used The Cooling Co for 6 or 7 years. Good maintenance contract! I had a call back today and they were here within 30 minutes of my call. Ryan was here for 2 hours and I wasn't charged a penny. Ryan is very pleasant and helpful. Answers all questions.

We literally had 5 HVAC companies come by today. Our very last appt was this company. The gentleman’s name was Frost. Very knowledgeable and patient. He looked at our unit and said we needed a capicator . Seriously, the saying save the best for last in its truest form.
No one else who came by today even suggested that. He fixed it and we are in a cold house :).
Thankful for this company. Thank you Frost for helping us all out. You’re the MVP!

I called and got scheduled within the next 2 days to get a quote and when the maintenance guy came and gave us a quote, he repaired everything once it was all approved. He was great at explaining what the issue was so that we could understand what we were actually paying for. He did the job quick and efficiently ! Definitely would recommend and go to again!

Ayed is a very competent technician. He listened to our concerns and was thorough in checking them out. He double checked all of his work.

Excellent service on 11/22/19 Wellington came out to give me an estimate to replace all the duct work in the attic. The estimate he gave me was $1600.00 below what other estimates were. On 11/26/19 at 8.15 Marco showed up with his assistant, and started work right away. They completed the job around 4 pm. The work they did was excellent and they cleaned up and vacuumed the area after the work was completed. Marco and his assistant were very pleasant, and courteous. If you need any work done I highly recommend The Cooling Company, and ask to speak with Wellington.

We have a Manufactured Home that needed a new Heating and AC System. It was difficult to find a company that understood the unique "HUD" requirements for manufactured homes when changing out a furnace. We would strongly recommend The Cooling Company and specifically Lucas and Wellington who were extremely knowledgeable about what is required to have a safe and "to-code" system installed. The technicians that installed the systems were very professional, courteous, and knew exactly what they were doing. We now have a brand new excellent Heating and Cooling system that has a warranty of 10 years!! We would recommend them to anyone needing and new system our repairs on their current system.

Tech arrived within 30 minutes of my call on a weekend of record-breaking temperatures! That was the 1st thing that impressed me. (I had used The Cooling Company before but couldn't remember their name, so I made the mistake of calling a competitor & being told they were too busy to help me, before I remembered.) After the tech arrived so quickly, he had my AC unit back up and running quickly, and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg! This is the 2nd time I've used this company and they've been great both times. I highly recommend The Cooling Company!

I called the Cooling Company because my AC was making weird noises and it was getting hotter. I was given the Cooling Company's number along with one of their technicians name Frost. They were able to get Frost out to my house in 2 hours. Once he arrived he was very professional and informative about what was going on about. He was able to replace the part of the AC unit right there. It was a wonderful experience dealing with Frost and with the Cooling Company.
