The Cooling Company

Two years ago they replaced all the ducting in my 2300 foot house. They were not the cheapest of the three bits, but I was impressed with the detail of their presentation. That turned out to be a good decision. They did a great job. Last week my maintenance company outlined some huge repairs. My home warranty insurance sent a tech and disputed pretty much all those recommendations but did suggest adding an additional air register. I called the Cooling Company. Jorge came out and inspected airflow, both units and also disputed pretty much all the recommendations made by the other company. He also did not recommend adding the air register at this time. The cooling Company also does twice a year maintenance. Based on their professionalism and integrity, I’ve switched to their platinum program. I eventually I would strongly recommend this company (and feel free to ask for Jorge).

We have been using The Cooling Company in both our locations for 3 years and are pleased. They are responsive, courteous and arrive on time! Paula is professional and courteous! "Frost" did a full evaluation of a commercial property for me today, he was thorough, courteous, worked well with other contractors on property and provided a detailed proposal that was easy to understand!

The service tech (Frost) was superb. He was patient and informative in how he approached a consultation for new service contract. I was very impressed and while I didn't buy anything from them today as I was just pricing out parts and labor, Frost's customer service efforts are a big reason why I would highly recommend this company.

We've been dedicated to the Cooling Company ever since we had to replace our old AC unit some 7 years ago. Ever since they have provided routine/regular maintenance. We had them clean our vents just this month. We are dedicated because the quality of service, attention to detail, service providers knowledge and advice have always been a 10 for us. With the recent HVAC maintenance we met Joe. He was great. You're in good hands if Joe provides you service.

I've been with the cooling company for 5 years, and have never had a bad experience. This company is very trustworthy, honest and will treat you right. The technician Carlos who came to my house today is one of the best. Not only did he do a wonderful job at tuning up my A/C, he cleaned my vents and also took my Christmas lights down. Yes, I still had lights up because I could not reach some areas to take them down. He offered to take them down for me !! That was a true blessing. Thank you again Carlos, for all of your help.

We have been using The Cooling Company since we moved here about 4 years ago. We have been very happy. This most recent visit, we had Justin come out. He was very thorough and professional and so patient with my 3 and 5 year old kiddos who just wanted to follow him around and watch him. They asked him about a million questions and he answered every one!

I called the office at 8pm on Friday night and someone (not automated machine) answered the phone after a few ring!! She took some info and another lady called me back ASAP to schedule an appointment for next morning! The technician was someone I was referred by many of my neighbors - Mr. Frost. He showed up on time, very friendly and personable man listened carefully about our AC issues and went right to check on the system outside. He came back with our old capacitor to show me and taught me how he test it, went right back to replace it and my AC was back working like a magic! After getting a $5k quote to replace the condenser by another company, I was hesitant to pay another service fee to have this company for 2nd opinion. But oh man I am so grateful that I did!
Look no further and call this company! I will be signing up for the annual plan to get all my HBAC tune ups by them.

The Cooling Company is hands down the best heating/cooling company in Vegas. Every service they've done for us has been great since they installed our unit . All of the technicians they've sent to my house were knowledgeable and courteous, but we especially liked Ryan. He went above and beyond service, cleaning/vacuuming after he changed our filters. He even educated us on Merv ratings (8 and above), and how often we should be changing our filters, cleaning ducts etc. It was refreshing to hear someone commend their boss/owner on how they treat their customers and employees! Rare these days =). This company will always have my business.

Technician Justin was very professional as well as very knowledgeable. He explained everything about the condition of our system and how well it was working. He is definitely an asset to this organization.
