We called on 8:30AM 9/8/2013 (Sunday morning) Our service technician Ray was at the door in less than 2 hours. Ray quickly diagnosed the problem and explained exactly what is was and how he intended to fix it. He was done with the repair before I was even done with breakfast. He was professional, quick, clean and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend The Cooling Company to anyone!

Living in Las Vegas, it's critical to keep the air quality in your home clean, and for the a/c and heating to work well. The Cooling Company has made it so easy and inexpensive to ensure our air filters are changed often and tune-ups are done to ensure the a/c and heating units work efficiently. We invested a lot into our custom home and The Cooling ensures longevity in preserving our home and our health! Their customer service is amazing, and all of their technicians are so trustworthy. It is hard to know which company to choose off of google, but I am glad I choose The Cooling Company. The receptionist Kim made a great first impression and the service tech Joe was friendly as well as efficient. He was even nice to my annoying dog. Carlos was amazing! Very professional and helpful. When he noticed they didn't include all the parts needed, he spoke to the solar technician, arranged for them to deliver the missing part and then rescheduled my appointment for the next day. He called the next day to ensure the part came, and then he came back as scheduled. He Assisted me in adding application to my cellphone and reviewed with me how it works and how to use it remotely. Carlos also informed me I needed to change my filter and then assisted with actually changing the filter since I happened to have new ones available. Thanks for having a professional like Carlos! Not sure what to say, I always tried to stay away from branded A/C companies because in the passed the few I called all would tell you how bad you system is.
Now I am not talking having old beat up systems but new or a year or so old. Each company I called came in and cut my units up and begin to tell me all the work I would need to get my units working to the specs they say I needed to get them to.
So now a bought a new home all new A/C units and wanted to see what a local company would say about a few things I wanted to do.
I called The cooling company, they came out looked over my system and adjusted a few things I needed and I sighed up for a yearly maintenance so they come change all my filters and check out the system to make sure nothing is having a problem. What a deal when you factor in my time, going to the store, buying filters, and getting ladder and installing 10 filters it's a break even and I do not have to tie up my weekend 4 times a year.
Then I asked them to check one rooms cooling they came out adjusted a vent and never saw a bill.
I then had them install a garage A/C and that works great too.
Next I asked them to look into my office getting warmer then my other rooms, they came out and fixed that too.
All these time Wellington the owner comes by checks out the system and what to do then his man take over and get then job done and it's always right.
Wellington the owner doesn't seem to run his company driven by profit but by have happy customers. And his employees seems to take the time to inform you about your system and to make sure you understand how to best use your system.
I will be using this company as long as I live in Vegas.

Outstanding service from the dispatch office to the service technician. Professional, polite, courteous employees who represent this company. My a/c went out today and The Cooling Company came out within a couple of hours, within the timeframe that was promised to me. The tech, John, was very professional and explained to my husband what went wrong. I appreciate this company's honesty and excellent customer service. Will keep them for future a/c work.

I called The Cooling Company on a Tuesday after my A/C went out. Wellington came and did a first look on Wednesday, by Thursday they had my new unit installed. There were no two hour waiting gaps - they say they will be there at a time, and they are there exactly on time. I have an older home and asked them to replace two electric furnaces with gas furnaces at the same time. The quote was the exact same price as the final charge.
Having an older home, they had to do substantially more work than would have been necessary in a modern home. They installed two drain water pumps at the inside units and ran the drain pipe through my roof to the outside. My system should have had drains all along, yet never did. They remedied the situation and did not charge extra. (Even though I was almost certain that he was going to come to me with bad news and say that the charge was higher than the quote, that never happened). They didn't leave any messes at all, and went ahead and installed a new thermostat.
Wellington both ran the initial quote, and managed the 5 person crew that they sent to my house. He ensured that all work was done properly (I'm in construction myself, and would have noticed any problems there). He checked on the crew frequently, who were working hard the whole time. He, his crew, and his office were more than polite, reasonable, and courteous throughout the process.
In summary, everything was perfect and I will always use this company for any and all of my AC needs.

On 5/23/19 Jeremy was next door installing a new HVAC system for my neighbor. I asked him if he could check out my A/C when he was done. After he finished the installation he came over and had me call the office with my information. The office immediately notified him that he was approved to do the check. Fortunately for me the system checked out good. Jeremy was very conscientious. He checked all the appropriate voltages and pressures. He then spent time telling me which parts had already been replaced and discussed how to best care for the system. My system is 16 years old. With no pressure, he gave me a bid to replace the system. The price to check the system was lower then some "specials" I had seen advertised. I would highly recommend The Cooing Company and Jeremy.

4/27/2021 Today my annual AC maintenance was scheduled, with Ryan Ejares performing all maintenance checks. Ryan arrived exactly at the time designated, and was extremely professional, polite and courteous. Ryan reviewed with me all the different tasks and readings he took and how they related to the operation of the system. I asked him about the startup time of my older unit and he recommended a 5-2-1 compressor saver kit. He explained the reason for the delay in the startup and what I might want to consider to resolve my concerns. I had him install the compressor saver kit and am satisfied with how the unit now runs. I highly recommend The Cooling Company for any HVAC needs.
