I've used this company since 2016 with my A/C issues. Why? Because they offered to repair my unit and would always give me options. I've had them repair my moms house multiple times also. So why the 3 star review? Since I never left a 5 star for my good experiences this should be fair. I'll give it to them, they were responsive and got to my house the same day. When the tech got there, he checked a few things and called me to tell me that my compressor was shot. I needed a new compressor and since my unit was an R-22 they could no longer service it. So, NOT even a word from me.. the tech goes straight into how would you like to pay for this? Credit card or finance? I mean what could I say..after dealing with the same BS trying to get my water heater fixed from multiple companies in Las Vegas trying to rip me off for 5-6000, I was frustrated. Is every company in Las Vegas just a money grab company? Nobody is actually trying to be honest and give options anymore? You know what frustrates me the most? I'm a business owner. I own 2 repair companies myself. One automotive and the other electronics. No we don't just say, well you need an engine to every customer. We solve that issue and give options.

Now to end my rant. I called someone else. And the actual issue was a small leak in the condenser. He gave me options and explained the situation. The compressor was fine.

Tech was Very knowledgeable in his trade. His thoroughness was impressive. No high pressure sales. Inspected entire system for any additional issues that may have caused my problem. Over the years in dealing with A/C companies I'd say that they will be my first call again. Well done Luke.....

I will give The Cooling Company excellent marks for this particular service call. It was 107 degrees when our AC unit failed on Labor Day. I called and the tech arrived in about one hour and had the system running in less than an hour. My problem is with the Lennox units we purchased from The Cooling Company. They have been very unreliable since installation about 7 years ago. What we gained by going from SEER13 units to SEER 17 units has been lost on service calls. Our old York units ran for almost 13 years with only one minor problem. Also, the Lennox units are quite loud compared to the York units.

The Cooling Company sent Lucas to my home to check my AC units prior to the summer heat and he was great. He did a thorough check and cleaning of each unit, and then did some work on the older unit. The tech was on time and very polite and really seemed to care about doing a good job!

I was advised there was a problem with the ductwork by another company. I called and they came out a day or so later. They showed me a picture of what had developed, fixed it, and checked every other connection and basically went above and beyond. Since it was 5 days over the 1 year warranty, I wasn’t sure if they would even take care of the matter. They absolutely did. Once again I’m very happy with their timeliness, professionalism, and cleanliness in doing a messy job. This company absolutely stands behind its work.

This morning I had issues with my AC last night it was extremely hot in my house so there was three different companies that came out to my house in the morning and the cooling company was one of them ...So the other companies left and Ryan from the cooling company stood and he fixed my AC for me and my family just a very nice person even when I called the front office and they called me back to let me know he was on the way to my house very nice the receptionist was extremely nice Ryan was really a nice amazing guy helpful friendly knowledgeable he made sure he got everything done correctly he even walked me through the process of what he was doing he didn’t even have to but he let me know every step he was going to do he was very respectful of my home I would recommend them to anyone and Ryan is a must I would tell anyone I know ask for him he goes way above and beyond for his customer and that makes you feel good especially with everything going on right now. Thanks Ryan for fixing are issues at are home you were even nice to my little dog daisy 😁

They took a common sense approach to my requirement and actually listened as I detailed what I needed done. I was given frequent updates on all aspects of the work. Cox had come into our house and had no business Being in the attic and turned some switches off to the AC. I was worried because I thought our unit went out. I had called about 5 companies and finally the cooling company. They were able to send someone down within a couple hours. Jr went in the attic right away and knew what the problem was. Problem fixed in a few minutes. He also gave me helpful information for the future.
