Jay was awesome electrical answered all questions, gave suggestions on different options available through precision air. Josh and Robert installed an apco.x looking forward to cleaner air. I give them most definitely a 5 star review . Precision air has installed a new unit that has saved us hundreds. Much appreciated.

When they did come do service on it we found out they had down 2 years free service. We were told longer. Cliff Walker the manager found out and took care of us. He was fabulous. The services were performed by Cody. He is excellent.

PA starting with Raul and Josh dove into replacement of my original heating system. When things became challenging with integrating the new system with the original Honeywell two "zone" boards Colby, Doug and Lou all worked their way through the quirks until it was running. Next Colby stayed with me while it took 45 minutes with us both answering and doing things for Honeywell. The problem turned out to be a Bug in Honeywell's "cloud" implementation not able to handle the case of my account being deleted and then created again. (I am a Software Engineer. ) Finally my last morning in town Colby and Diego came back at the crack of dawn to diagnose a final issue with duct vents. Thank for your persistence Precision Air - Colby, Doug, Lou and Diego.
