Although they didn't provide work for me, I was impressed with them and would have gladly used them. I needed a second quote and they showed up to quote replacing my unit only a few hours from the time I first called them. Also, their price was originally lower than the company I was working with. They were extremely professional, and quick service, and had they been able to get out to replace the unit faster I would have used their services. I will keep their information handy and come back to them for work later.

Precision came highly recommended by our realtor. We have maintained a service contract with Precision for one year now and have been extremely pleased with their customer service and promptness of service every single time! We have an older unit that has some issues from time to time. Precision Air has even come out to our home after normal business hours to get our A/C running.

These guys are great. They came out to do a second estimate for us and were very thorough. They explained everything in detail and what we needed to do to get our exorbitantly high heating bill down. When they came to fix everything, they were on time, very professional, and quick. If you're having HVAC issues, these are the guys to call.

From the first call to the last detail of the installation Precision Air exceeded my expectations. Everyone I encountered was very professional, well informed and ensured all my questions and concerns were addressed. An unforeseen issue arose shortly after installation, and as promised, they immediately responded, after hours, addressing and rectifying the issue. David Curtis was our service tech, he was friendly, courteous and gave great customer service. The quote was better then all of the other providers and I was happy with the results. I would recommend this company!

Just had Brian come as my AC was not cooling. I should have known from my first impression to just pay the $69 and take a loss. He was too lazy to get a latter out of his truck and asked if I had one. Not good! Second, he didn't have a standard size filter. He checks everything out and says, you had ants in your units...fine and then he said you're low on coolent.....it's $100 for the first pound, then $90 after. 4 pounds later he comes in and I asked. Clearly with that much coolent, I have a leak, did you check? He says, that's another $150 and I don't have the dye...so I'm paying almost $500 to patch up my a/c then have you comeback and possibly find more issues??? I normally use 2nd Wind, but they were pretty busy today and I needed someone before the holiday. They would have never taken advantage of me like that! I will never use you again and please tell Brian to not be so lazy. I work too hard for my money for someone to not do the job right! He would not have even mentioned a possible leak if I didn't bring it up! So over this company!

recently had travis help me out with a problem. he was on time and considerate of my property. he is a true service man and was able to figure out my problem quickly. he also had the part on his truck so I didn't lose anymore time at work. thank you
