My Air Conditioning went out on a Saturday night! I was given the phone number of Universal Heating & Air. I called and Mr. Laudmon was at my house within one hour. He stayed until 10:00 p.m. I needed a new compressor for the unit so everything had to wait until Monday. When the air came back on I couldn't believe the difference between then and now. I had never felt the air this crisp and cold. It wasn't only the new compressor it was also some other things that needed addressing. No other company had ever taken this kind of time with my 1920's house. This company does not cut corners. They also don't apply the bandaid approach to fixing something like other companies. They take in all the factors and then proceed with fixing the problem. I would highly recommend them to you.
