The technicians were highly professional, and they made sure to contact me before their arrival. They even introduced me to the technician who would be servicing my AC that day. I felt confident that I was receiving the best and most honest service to get my AC up and running. I highly recommend them.

The company was terrific to work with. Customer service is very responsive, and the guys who installed the furnace were super polite, quick, and left everything very clean. They also had to cut a large hole in my plaster wall to install a return, and did so very carefully and skillfully. I would definitely recommend them.

I had a wonderful experience with Universal Heating & Air Conditioning. My experience started with a very friendly woman who took my call and made my appointment (sorry I didn't get her name), they got me in quickly and the time given was exact. Universal Heating & Air Conditioning technician called and texted me to let me know he was on his way - he had on a mask and social distanced. He explained everything that he was doing, he was extremely friendly and after a quick fix we were good to go. Universal Heating & Air Conditioning has a new repeat customer!

Universal Heating & Air Conditioning team installed Cooling system two story home. It was a tricky job and they spent a great deal of time going over plans and sharing options. Universal Heating & Air Conditioning team were quick to install and friendly / helpful technicians. I would recommend this company for a home install.

Sometimes even the most careful plans don't work out. At such times it's important to "not let the perfect become the enemy of the good."
When out old AC completely broke down in the middle of a weeklong100+ degree heat wave, we arranged to have Universal replace the old "1 zone system" (which never adequately cooled our upstairs) with an improved "2 zone system" that would give us even cooling throughout the house. Victor & Douglas, the technicians, discovered that there was inadequate room in the attic to install the 2 zone system, but they made adjustments in the installation and offered expert advice how we could adjust the existing vents throughout the house to maximize the flow of cool air to the 2nd floor. That has worked out well for us -- maybe not "perfectly ideal," but definitely "workably good.."
Since the contract we'd signed was for a 2 zone system, we also contacted the Universal management and asked for a price reduction. A.J., who coordinated the project, agreed to an adjustment that seemed fair to us.
Was the end result "perfect?" No, but that happens all too often in life. We came away impressed with how, when the "perfect" was not possible, both the technicians and the management at Universal AC were still trying to give us the maximum "good" they could. We respect them for that, and we recommend their services.

We appreciate how he explained the different scenarios we could have done with our unit. In the end, as you know we decided to replace the unit. The workmen were on time, courteous and efficient in getting the job done. he came out and checked on the system and all was good. I was told that after the next checkup in the spring I can sign up for your maintenance plan. I have not one complaint. From the women who answered the phone to the men that completed the job. All were wonderful. In closing thank you to all of the people at your company that handled our installation.
