Universal Heating & Air Conditioning tech was fantastic to deal with. He has lots of knowledge and was able to make suggestions based on the needs of our family and the size and layout of our house.

I paid them over $500 and they didn’t fix the AC. They charged me this money for no reason and manipulated my AC’s capacitor. He hosed off the AC coils and pretended like he added Freon when I was inside. Do not believe the good reviews they have, they are fake

The technician was prompt and very personable. He also took a few extra steps to make the install cleaner which was very much appreciated. We will be using them again.

this company only worried about them and not other people. call for service and the want to install a new unit for $3,800, called a local ac repair and they charge me $45 for repairing a burn cable, what a difference. Perry just want to get a good commission by installing new units. never again.

Perry put in a smaller capacitor but failed to attach with a bracket, just left it hanging. Took my old capacitor and the bracket and didn't put the cover back on properly. Charged $175 for 20minutes max and a $9.00 capacitor which I think is a used 1. I would never use Universal heating and air again, very shoddy workmanship.

Universal Heating & Air Conditioninginstalled thirteen water heaters in our condo to everyone's satisfaction. Excellent attention and response from the project manager.

I called after my a/c unit went out. They scheduled me quickly and the repair technician was thorough and took the time to answer my questions. The repair cost was affordable and I never felt that I was being pushed into costly/ unneeded services. I will definitely use this company again!
