Erez came to my house to start my air conditioner. He arrived on time and finished in a timely manner as promised. The estimate I was given was very reasonable compared to other estimates I was given by others.

Erez was very honest. There were some issues and our cost was changed which he warned us prior to starting his work. We made the check incorrectly and he was honest with us and let us know we had overpaid.

Guy came out and although I typically suspect the worst in people (thanks to past experiences), I really felt like he was being very honest and transparent. Huge help and gladly paid the diagnostic fee. If we do need to get the repair done (so far it’s working fine now thanks to him jump starting AC motor), we will use this company! I’m a great judge of character, and couldn’t be happier with the service I received! A+

My AC stopped working during the latest heat wave. I called Ultimate Air first thing in the morning and they arrived before 10 AM and had completed the repair before 10:30 AM. I have always had good service and good luck with them and highly recommend them.

Erez was straightforward and informative about my options to move or replace my HVAC condenser to bring it up to code (too close to electrical panel). Offered me a very competitive quote to do either job. Ended up just moving it; he and Michael showed up on time and completed the job quickly and correctly. Will definitely use them again.

I really appreciate the timely fashion they came out to check my office AC unit. Nothing ended up being wrong with it but that burned smell (neighbor's business burned incense) freaked me out. They were fast, professional and thorough. Just what I wanted.
