Air Necessities Heating and Cooling

We have used Air Necessities from the time owner, William, started his own business. They have installed 2-3 units…we have 2 units total.
They have done all repairs and maintenance during this time…we have always been pleased with pricing and quality of their work.

On time. Guys were here when they said they would be here. They were careful with my walls and floors. Efficient and completed installation in about 4 hours. A couple of days after installation, Chuck came to inspect work and see if there were any issues as I had a few days to see how it worked. No problems. Would recommend this company.

I have had great luck with this company! We use have an annual package and they are timely. I appreciate that they give me a call when they are on their way. I also believe the price shopping t hey helped us do when picking an hvac system was a huge help and gave me greater confidence in our final decision.

SCAM COMPANY

My elderly mom had a TON of dust around her house. She wanted to have a company come out to find out the cause. I helped her set up an appointment with Air Necessities. I spoke to her later, after they came. They told her that her ducts were damaged, with huge holes in them and she needed a whole new system. She said they showed her photos from the employee's phone that showed gaping holes in the system.

Of course, I wanted a second opinion, so I called and scheduled appointments with Midland Air and EF Martin. Both companies sent out people at separate times. Both companies said the same thing: her system and ducts were fine, she just had a ton of dust in the ducts. Turns out the previous owners of the home never had filters put in the vents in the house, so tons of dust built up. Both companies said there was NO damage to her system or ducts and that there were NO holes. They advised her to have the ducts cleaned.

The company we went with came out, cleaned the entire system and solved her dust problem.

I can only assume that Air Necessities had bogus photos of damaged ducts and tried to trick an elderly woman into buying a whole new system. I will be reporting them to BBB.

YOU SHOULD AVOID SCAM COMPANIES LIKE THIS.

I knew something was fishy, because she'd had her house repiped a year earlier and the plumbers told her how well-insulated her ducts were while they were in the crawlspace. Don't you think they would have mentioned gaping holes in the ductwork? I keep yard equipment under the house and have crawled partially under it many times and seen nothing.

Air Necessities should be ashamed of themselves. Either they have rogue employees (and that is the best possible explanation) or their company policy is to rip people off.

Oh yeah, they charged her $80 just to show up. Midland Air and EF Martin didn't charge her anything on their first visit.

I am a new customer of Air Nessities HEATING AND COOLING and had my first visit last week. I highly recommend them. The technicians were on time, friendly, courteous and thorough. I needed additional filters which are odd sized and they were ordered and delivered to my home the next day. Can’t beat the service.
You should give them a call.

Was told by my service provider our compressor was going bad and would need replaced at some point. So I thought its a 13 year old system lets replace it now before the heat of the summer. Their quote was triple what Air Necessities quote was. I had 4 other companies come out and while a couple of the quotes were close Air Necessities remained the best quote. Install was quick and easy. The supervisor came by the next day to check the installation. So far so good. I wasnt even sure the new system was working as its super quiet. But the temp surely changed quickly with the new system. As with my many other reviews, I will update if necessary if I have any issues but for now they are a 5 star company and I highly expect they will continue to remain as such in my opinion.

I’ve used 4 different companies over the last couple of decades. 2 of them were your most known companies. However, this company right here has been the absolute best by far. I’ve used them for at least 7 years now. I needed them today and they came out and fixed my problem. It was great to get the cool air running back into our home. Thanks for everything!

The crew at Air Necessities was great from beginning to end. They quickly came to give a quote on a new unit for my home. After choosing to purchase the unit, they were here within two business days to install my unit. They came on time, completed the job, and cleaned up after themselves. The next day Chuck came by to check on the work and we were done. Great service before and after the sale. thank you

He made sure to recommend the right system for our home and also made sure that we knew to apply for the rebates entitled to us. Moreover, the company was able to quickly work around a very rainy week in order to ensure our comfort as they replaced our duct work and installed our new heating/cooling system.
