When the tech arrived, he seemed as though he did not want to be here. I figured it was because it was hot and he may be having a long day so I offered water. He immediately declined and was short. If it wasn't for my kids and my home needing out AC fixed asap, I would have not spend the $500+ do get it fixed. Which afterwards we still had the same issue but figured it out ourselves.

Terrible customer service. Have been with them since inception and they charged me for work they didn't do. My drain line was clogged with rust after they had just "cleaned" the interior coils.
