Our annual maintenance was scheduled easily; very friendly and worked to meet our time needs. Reminders were sent leading up to the service visit. Our AC unit stopped working 3 days before our maintenance visit and Rochelle was able to move up our appointment to the next morning. The technician, Jeremy, called when he was on the way and he arrived on time. He was able to get our unit up and running within the hour! Service reports were in my inbox before Jeremy left our house.

Matthew was an absolute professional. He was on time, very polite and provided excellent service. He took the time to explain everything. I have never dealt with a better company . Precision is a top notch company and I highly recommend them. They never disappoint and have incredible employees.

Our upstairs heat/air system died, and Precision Air came to the rescue. Their staff up and down the line were incredibly professional and knowledgable. They installed a mini split for us, removed the old system and all of the ductwork, and cleaned up immaculately. They were on time and on target. I couldn't be more pleased

Nathan showed up but from the moment he arrived, I sensed Iwas going to be overcharged. He was knowledgeable but his explanations were too technical..as if to deliberately confuse me. He checked the system and said I had a leak.. I asked where and he said well I can find it by doing a leak search for 300 plus dollars. I asked why the extra charge. No reasonable explanation. A so called leak search should've been part of the diagnostic....RipOff!!!! He Found 2 leaks. I in the compressor and one other place. 3000 plus to fix. I opted to wait.because I was at nearly 700 dollars ...after 27.5. Ounces of refrigerant was used. He initially said I would need 4 pounds of refrigerant .I was there as it filled and only needed 27 oz. I was so depressed to have paid nearly 1000 dollars for NOTHING. Who charges 300 plus dollars for a leak search? Is that normal? Compsny has great response time but far too pricey...for minimal work.

When my gas furnace stopped working, I needed an emergency heater replacement. I was looking for a heat pump as a more energy efficient HVAC system. Other HVAC contractors turned their noses up and pushed for me to get another gas furnace. Thankfully my experience with Precision Air was superior in every way. When I told Anthony I wanted to replace my gas furnace with a heat pump, he had the experience and knowledge to confidently affirm my decision. We hit a snag when they couldn't find a 3 ton heat pump. He worked patiently and collaboratively with me to find an alternative solution. We went with a 2.5 ton Carrier air source heat pump and a 1 ton Daikin mini-split heat pump for the basement. The technicians, Daniel and Roberto, came right on schedule and got to work. They did exactly what the job required, capping off and removing old ducts to the basement and installing a new, compatible wire for my Ecobee smart thermostat. Their work was diligent and high quality, even going out of their way to get different flashing to better fit the outside unit. The heat pump has been working effectively and efficiently, keeping the house and basement warmer than ever even in sub-freezing temperatures. Plus, I finally cut ties with the gas company. I will recommend Precision Air again and again for anyone looking for heat pump installation in Middle Tennessee.

I was so pleased with my entire experience, from scheduling to the actual appointment, Precision was professional, on time, respectful, got the job done quickly and affordable as well. Will definitely be using them again if I ever need to. Jeff was great!

Just wanted to give you an update on the installation yesterday. All went well. Daniel & Roberto were a pleasure to work with. Very professional, knowledgeable & focused on a good job. They communicated well and answered my questions. I would highly recommend them & Precision Air.

I was hesitant to use a large company with so much advertising and wanted to use a more local company close to me, but I was impressed from the very first phone call that these people know what they are doing. Anthony was the person who came out to give an estimate and talk to us about what would be needed and what would happen, and he was professional, not hard-sell--just factual and knowledgeable. Several different crews had to come out (we had to have all the ductwork for the first floor replaced and new HVAC and dehumidifier installed), and every crew was incredible. They were on time and did a great job, even cleaning up after themselves. I would not hesitate to use this company again to ensure the job is done right and honestly with no corners cut. They are not the cheapest, but I do think they did a good job for us, so in that sense they are also "good value".

Jeff Davis did great, he was timely, found the problem and fixed it quickly. Thank you so much, would recommend 10/10!
