The crew was very professional and showed up the same day, installed a new system and it was running perfectly before they left. They did this all in less than 6 hours. Great service! Colby G was super professional and courteous. He is a great asset to Precision Air in my opinion.

I highly recommend the electricians! Paul, went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with my ceiling fan installation. Brandon and Chris installed them with care and were very professional. Sterling also installed an electrical outlet for a bidet in our bathroom and was very friendly. I will call them again them for any electrical need.

Brandon and co-worker Chris were at my home to install 3 ceiling fans and 1 light fixture. All installs went well until a final check of one fan. The light would not function. Brandon conducted appropriate trouble shooting, contacted the supplier and was still unable to achieve operation. Brandon uninstalled the fan and boxed it up for return to the store. A store tech opened the fan motor and found a defective electric coupler. A new replacement fan has been ordered and will be installed at no cost to me.
I was very pleased with Brandon's professionalism and general pleasantness in conduct of his tasks. I highly recommend use of Precision Air for their services.

Called this morning for AC repair and spoke to Lisa. She was very helpful and eager to accommodate our needs. She kept in communication updating us who and when their technician would arrive. Hemal showed up within a few hours. He was professional and thorough. He spent the time to tell us in detail what needed to be done and why. This was my first time using Precision Air. Only because the call center had left me serveral messages therefore I decided to try someone new this year. I was pleasantly surprised to get a next day service and inspection of my air for only $29.99. Hemal was professional, curtious, on time and appeared very knowledgeable. He even hosed off the outside unit. No air condioner servce had ever done that before. I will call them again. Thank you!

December 2022, I called them again and I needed a new heater. They were professional, on time and provided excellent service and follow through, including two inspections!

January 2023 my thermostads went out. They came out the same day and replaced it. Colby was awesome once again. Thank you!
