Precision Air

Dominic came out to install two new thermostats. He was kind professional and on time and will be calling him in the near future with any problems. Dominic is the best!

Jonathan and Dennis were here for heating inspection. My husband had set up with the office to have our filters changed but when the gentleman arrived, they had heard nothing about it. That was upsetting because my husband had spoken to two people at the office, and they assured him that it would be done. Jonathan and Dennis were very proficient and helpful and called the office right away to look into the matter. They got it confirmed and got it done even having to make a special trip to purchase the filters. They did a great job, and were very polite and professional.

Dave P. serviced my home today and he is very professional and informative, he is an asset to Precision air, and for future service I would always ask for him because I know it will be a job well done.

Was 2 days away from closing on the sale of the home when it was discovered one of the hvac units was not heating. I called Precision early Monday 3/20/23 and Talisha and Domonick arrived that morning. They worked non stop to determine the problem. Domonick offered to replace filters and emphasized the importance of changing them regularly.
Talisha was very thorough in her explanation of what she discovered and gave options to resolve the issue. Due to the pending sale we chose to replace the unit. Nikki followed up to see how things were going and offered additional assistance taking care to note were in a time crunch.
Talisha arrived early Tuesday 3/20 as promised. Lamar arrived shortly thereafter. They worked diligently to install the new unit along with a new thermostat.
We slept comfortably that evening, made it to the closing of the house the next day and the sale was completed successfully.
Thank you Precision Air. Talisha, Lamar, Domonick and Nikki are great representatives of your company and are invaluable. Every interaction with your company from the initial call, follow up and installation was professional and your company is proof that great customer service still exists!

Called precision air out to my home and Lou and Dominic were great unit stopped working when they showed up and when they were here they gave me many options. What a great set of guys. Thank you Lou and Dominic. Now I’m on a HPP program now and thank you
