Had Technician Justin out to our home for a maintenance check up, glad he was able to show us pictures of our unit and detailed descriptions of what was needed maintenance wise. Call them before summer and get on their HPP program they took good care of our unit and were easy to book a maintenance 😄 glad to of used them

Add technician Justin out at our home to replace a capacitor on Sunday very knowledgeable and helpful quick response time and had our unit back up and running with colder air. Give them a call before summer starts!

The level of professionalism of ALL associates demonstrated top notch service!!!! The two gentlemen that performed the inspection and completed the work were Colby and Diego!!! They came to our home to rectify the problem in a very timely matter!!!!! They took very good care of us throughout the process!!! They were extremely thorough, knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service!! Both Colby and Diego were very clear and exceptionally detailed in providing all the necessary information about what needed to be done to the replacement of the inducer draft!! We will definitely be requesting Colby and Diego in the future for

Jay came by for the annual safety inspection of the electrical panel and outlets. Jay was very professional, great to work with, and timely. We were able to figure out where the extra light switches went to and we're able to get a quote for some lighting upgrades. Great service and definitely looking forward to the lighting upgrades!

Dominick came to do a maintnace and was very thero explained as much as I could take. He has done more than any other service professional and I will keep using him wherever he goes.. thank you Dominic ..

Had technician Justin come out after hours to help hook up our thermostat to the Wi-Fi precision air was there for us and a fantastic company give them a call before summer starts.

Had precision Air out today, glad to have them here to service our unit. Tech Juston was on time and very informative about my system. He showed me photos of the unit and possible upgrades as well as what our over all health of the system was looking like , give them a call before au..er arrives!

The staff has always been very friendly but every time I make a purchase with this company I feel over charged. They replaced my filters for the HVAC at 3x the cost from the manufacturer. I was not informed of the cost before install of the new filters. After install and being presented with the price, I was not happy. I will be buying these on my own from now on and will not be using this company unless necessary.

We had Precision Air replace our entire HVAC system this past December (2022)... while it was a costly job, it was necessary due to the EPA requirements regarding the refrigerant.

We were exceptionally impressed & pleased with the service, ranging from Domonick's inspection, Lou's helpful service via a few phone calls to answer my questions (before installation) AND the installation teams efficiency... as well as Colby's follow-up inspection.

The installation team, which included Lamar, Mauricio, Omar and Jaimie, arrived on a Saturday morning, on-time, AND completed the job in about 2-1/2 hours, start to finish. Colby arrived, as scheduled, to do the final inspection, which included a video call with the city inspector.

The folks at Precision Air arranged for Quack Quack Duct Cleaning to clean the ducts. They arrived few weeks after to clean the duct work... another 5-Star review will be posted for them, as well.

We HIGHLY recommend Precision Air without any hesitation, whatsoever!!!

BTW, our new system is SO QUIET!!!

We have used Precision air for years.Dave P. Came out today Todo our seasonal air conditioner maintenance and did wonderful job. We were in desperate need of a new thermostat today. Not only did he install it, we received a full tutorial on how to use it. He solved our problem and will be asking for him again.
