Hawthorne Plumbing Heating & Cooling Las Vegas

Two days ago, on a Sunday, our 50 gallon water heater busted and water was pouring out into the garage. I immediately called my home warranty company, and advised their answering service that I needed a plumber to respond ASAP to replace the unit. I was told to call back on Monday -- they open at 6:00 a.m. Pacific time. That was no help whatsoever. I remembered that Hawthorne had replaced a water heater for me about 10 years ago, so I called them, and they dispatched a plumber shortly thereafter (not sure if it is okay to give the plumber's name, but he was awesome). He assessed the situation and explained what we needed, but knew that we wanted to wait to hear from our warranty company, hoping that our insurance would cover the cost. On Monday, our warranty company said they would not do the work, because the water heater was still under warranty. That makes no sense to me. So, I called Hawthorne right after and requested the awesome plumber to replace the unit, which he did within a few hours. Happy to report that Hawthorne came to our rescue, plumber was very efficient, in replacing the unit, and we now have hot water. I highly recommend this company!

Technician Thomas was very sweet and knowledgeable. Helped me understand my AC unit better and assured me of its performance. They were the ONLY company available to help my family on a very hot day, came very quickly, and we will definitely refer them to everyone and use them in the future!

I was pleased to get same day service, and on a Saturday no less. Trey was wonderful! I highly recommend him, and Hawthorne!

1st time using Hawthorne. Excellent experience from the moment the girl answered my call, until the tech left our home. $69 for the unclog. Tech was super friendly, & quick. Honestly I cant say anything neg about my experience with Hawthorne. I will def call them next time i need a plumber. Great team you have working for you. Thank you.

The Hawthorne technicians are always polite and very capable. They explain things well and let you know in advance what will be done and what the cost will be. We've been using them for years and have always been happy with their service. Had two jobs done this week and Ian and Kyle both did excellent jobs!

This was for my air con's annual check up. Scheduling my appointment was easy. They gave me a very reasonable time frame for when my tech was going to show up. They also gave a call when my tech was en route.. Professionals all throughout. My tech arrived, went straight to work but not once did I feel like he was rushing to move on to the work order. Thank you Hawthorne!!

Tech was Ian...very thorough and knowledgeable. A new water heater was needed...he contacted my Home Warranty company and got everything covered including additional upgrades now required. I would highly recommend Hawthorne Plumbing. I can tell you as a first time homeowner, I have had so many ‘learning experiences’ with the plumbing in my house. I’ve had small repairs, like a small hardware replacement in the shower, and huge repairs, like a slab leak, all have been handled professionally by Hawthorne Plumbing. Had them out this week to fix up some ‘interesting’ plumbing work under my kitchen sink and it was another smooth experience with this company. The technician who did the repairs, Ben Holmes, was helpful and knowledgeable. Keep up the great work!

Jacob came over to provide a free inspection/estimate on work that needed to be done. My kitchen drop-down facet hose had cracked and was spraying/leaking under the sink for quite some time. At first, I though it was the gasket from the water supply connection, however, he did a thorough inspection and found no leaks (I had already removed the hose).

He was completely professional. Had very high standards on safety and protection. He wore a mask, gloves and had put on covers for his feet before entering my home. I was even sent a courtesy text 30 mins prior to my appointment with a picture of Jacob, so I know who was coming to my door.

Jacob offered to return after I have my kitchen island opened up to remove the damage drywall. He wanted to inspect all the plumbing in the damage area that was not able to be seen to ensure there are no future issues. Very good and professional company. Will be utilizing them for any future needs.

Shane and crew are simply fantastic on every level. Professional, follow-up, experienced, and not at all pushy. They sent me a text before Shane arrived with his picture so I would be assured he was "the one" before I let him into the house. As he predicted, the Hawthorne quote was similar to the quotes of the other 2 companies we interviewed. The differential was their "HERO program", wherein they come a couple of times per to service both air conditioners and heaters and even the water heater at no charge and they will call us so we don't have to remember it. Can't say enough about them. If you are looking for a new air conditioner or heater, I highly recommend you interview Hawthorne.
