Hawthorne Plumbing Heating & Cooling Las Vegas

This company installed my water softener and reverse osmosis system. The skin is not dry and flakey anymore. I have the yearly maintenance plan. My plumbing, heating, and AC is taken care of. I have not had to get anything repaired thank God, but if I did they are the only company I would use. I get a photo of the technician before he/she arrives. Every person who has come out is professional and friendly. I had my faucet in my kitchen changed. I love the product and it comes with an app so that I can adjust the temperature of the water.

Every technician sent to my house has their mask on and put on shoe covers. I have not had to ask them to do that. Thank you for being a professional and relabel company.

Replaced a non working water softener. Carlos the tech gave me 3 options was professional on time and courteous. The price was exceptional for the option I chose

The technician arrived on time. HVAC Technicisn, Thomas Lopez, conducted himseg professionally. He was astute & confident with his assessment of what was wrong wih the unit and provided options to fix it. In 2 days. He came back to do the suggested repairs, which were done efficiently, and completed it in no time. I am very pleased with the service that he provided. I could not believe this guy wanted to charge me 700.00 + to snake my kitchen sink. Then another 129.00 just for coming out! This is outrageous since I had just had my tub unclogged a few months back for 120.00 all after hours. I told him to go away. Is this how they make their money by coming out and quote outrageous prices then charged me
the 129.00 for coming out. Won't ever call these people again.

We live this company. They are customer oriented, they care about their customers and have good and competent employees. Mr. Lopez, who performed the service was thorough, competent , listened to customer concerns, respectful and has a wealth of knowledge. Highly recommended Hawthorne plumbing anytime. You won’t regret hiring them.

Never got the estimate. Contacted them through their website and asked for estimate, received a $0 invoice, but no estimate. Hawthorne definitely let us down. So we had no choice but to give the contracts to the one's who did show up and give us estimates. We ended up hiring both of the other companies, each had best prices in certain areas.

Hawthorne Plumbing is simply awesome. They are fair, fast. and sharp.
I called today - New Year's Eve - and Nick Maderick arrived on a holiday weekend within 30 minutes and solved the problem. (Our water was off).

Eric did a great job as usual. It was time for furnace check up. Eric checked everything out and found all was in good condition for the winter.

I mistakenly had put the wrong foods down my garbage disposal which caused it to clog. I was able to clear the clog on my own but the dishwasher, in turn, would not drain. I called Hawthorne Plumbing to fix the clogged dishwasher and to repair the leaky faucet that I had tolerated for several months. The technician, Michael, responded and took care of the issues. While fixing the clog, he pointed out that the two shut-off valves for the sink were corroded and the plastic handles had broken off. I am the original owner of my house and seeing as how it is 28 years old, I had Michael look at all the other valves knowing that they were the originals. Indeed, the majority of the valves needed to be replaced and the job was completed in a timely manner. I didn't price shop nor collect other estimates so I have no idea if I paid a fair price for the job or not. All I know is that I could not have done the work myself and I feel comfortable knowing that I should, hopefully, get another 28 years out of my shut-off valves! ha!

Hawthorne plumbing took care of my leaky pipe and did a very high quality job. The technician was on time, professional, and was knowledgeable on reapairs. I would recommend this company for your plumbing needs without hesitation.
