Hawthorne Plumbing Heating & Cooling Las Vegas

Through Hawthorne we have had tremendous service with the replacement of our furnace and A/C units. The work done with speed and efficiency. Most recently Ivan installed the Halo water conditioning system into our home, replacing the seized garbage disposal unit and the kitchen faucet at the same time and all with a speed and efficiency that astonished us. I highly recommend Hawthorne Plumbing & Heating to anyone in need of honest and quality workmanship.

Hawthorne had the technician, Todd, at my house 90 minutes after I called late on a Friday afternoon. Todd diagnosed the problem, obtained the necessary part, and returned early Saturday morning to install it. I’ve been cool ever since!!! The company, from Heather who takes the calls to Todd who did the work is truly customer oriented. I highly recommend them.

Gave them a call and I was told a tech would be there within an hour and he was! Prior to his arrival I received an email, tech with his picture, was on his way. The tech, Felipe was polite, professional and provided quality service. We will definitely use Hawthorne again

Hawthorne does a fabulous job of maintaining our AC, heating, and plumbing systems in our home. Everyone we have dealt with at Hawthorne has been wonderful; super helpful and very professional. I highly recommend them!

I have used Hawthorne Plumbing 3 different times with the same great results. I had 3 different techs and all were knowledgeable and charged a more than fair price, if you compare to most of the others. I cannot believe anybody had or will have a bad experience with these people.

These people are scam artists! Don't even ask for a estimate!
Our swamp cooler was not working properly and needed service. The tech told me the unit (not even a year old) was in bad shape. That we needed a whole new unit, or he would piece it together, which would be faster. My cost would be $3000 to $4000. I got a second opinion from.
"The A/C Guys" (who I recommend) they replaced the barrings and a missing collar and cleaned it out the unit...the cost just over $400 dollars and it was good as new. Cooling perfectly!

I had an excellent experience with Felipe from Hawthorne on plumbing last week. He was punctual , courtesy , and upfront with the pricing of my gas valve replacement . He also shared with me other services that his company had to offer. He included the fact that they can finance the services if need be. It was definitely a pleasure working with Felipe.

Our sink disposal quit working. Then I called Angel at Hawthorne. Within 1 hour he had a technician come out to look at the disposal. He quickly removed the obstruction in the disposal and it runs like new again. Great company and employees. Quick, reliable and reasonably priced.

Felipe was very kind and very personable. I loved the professionalism of Hawthorn. I received a text message with the name and photo of the person coming to my home. I also received a call when he was on his way. I would certainly use them again and would recommend them.

People in the office are always helpful, pleasant and kind. Shane is always very helpful & knowledgeable. He gets the job done and makes sure all is perfect prior to leaving. I have used Hawthorne for years and will continue to for many more years to come.
