Alan did a thorough job cleaning and servicing my furnace. We we went over questions I had and he showed me how to change the humidifier filter. I was very impressed with his thoroughness and the way he explained things in a way I could understand.

Alan D was very thorough in checking my air conditioning and heat pump. He answered all of my questions and explained about the humidifier, marking it to make remembering which setting is for heat and which is for cool. He explained the check up sheet to me and talked to me about keeping the heat pump clean from cottonwood cotton. I was familiar with some of the information but he did not make me feel stupid as he explained things. I was very impressed.

There were two technicians today, Alan and a woman whose name I’ve forgotten. Both were very knowledgeable and answered my questions. I was impressed with both in their knowledge and the work they performed on my furnace. I had a number of questions because my this is a relatively new furnace and very different than what we had before. I really appreciated the information.

I've had a contract with this company for 17 plus year and the response time for repairs has consistently gotten longer and the cost has continued to rise. So I figure I've paid about 6k I'm monthly fees since the last time I used them so I'm pretty sure anyone else could have done the work for less that 6k.

I have used Service One since I bought my house 5 years ago and they have always been so helpful. Their homeowners warranty is very nice, you get discounts on an certain things andnpay a flat fee on others. I have saved thousands and Chris is AMAZING when it comes to plumbing issues. Highly recommend.

The repair guy called he was on his way. He took care of the problem/s, very polite, very knowledgeable, answered my questions, advised me regarding age of my AC & Freon no longer made for my unit. He made a call to Black Hills to set up appt for a bid on new unit for next summer. I appreciated that very much as no clue who to call. He said that yesterday's repairs should last through this summer.

Highly satisfied with Service One! Larry M identified a problem with my txv valve on my a/c unit and needed to be replaced. I requested for him to do the work for me and he did an awesome job! He is always friendly and knowledgeable and takes the time to answer my questions.

I also want to call out Debbie that contacted me to set up the date to get the work started. I originally had to wait two weeks for this work to be done, and Debbie went above and beyond to make some changes in order for Larry to come out sooner to get my a/c working again!

Huge Kudos to Larry and Debbie for their wonderful customer service!! Thank you!!!

Jason was deployed to help us from Service One with our heat pump/emergency heat issues. He was very courteous and thoroughly explained the problems we were having. He didn't try to push a multi triple digit solutions like I've had from others; he offered how to repair for the long term, certainly, *but* also informed me how I could empower myself with a visit to a home improvement shop. How classy and fantastic is that? I wish he would come out every time we had any problem, he's awesome!

There installers showed up on time and stayed until my whole Air Conditioner system was install .After the system was in stalled the Sowed me how to set the thermostat and gav me a booklet on ho to set the system for summer and winter. I'll use Service 1 again if I have any problems . Thanks Service 1 Great Job

We were using service one since we bought a house, these guys know their job. Everything is good except a lady on phone name is Jean I guess, she has a rude personality and not really helpful. Would be nice for the manager talk to her about her rude attitude. Other than that we are happy with this company.

Most of the time good service. But I needed the thermistor on my dryer replaced and the Tech told me the part was not manufactured anymore. So I was out 80$ and instead of full replacement i was granted a 400$ credit at NFM towards a dryer. Instead I called another appliance repair company and they found the part immediately and repaired my dryer within a couple of days at a cost of 302$. Disappointed

My realtor suggested getting routine maintenance done on my 2 yr old A/C unit because I’m moving soon, I had Service One come out and check everything, they said it was good to go and just added one pound of Freon. 36 days later my A/C is blowing warm air, Service One said they couldn’t come out for 3 days and was going to charge me again because it’s been more than 30 days, called a local place that came that day and noticed my A/C had no Freon and no leak, was less expensive then the maintenance charge from Service One. Service One gave me nothing but excuses and failed to take responsibility, they also left most of their tools and refused to pick them up, told me to throw them away because they were old anyways.
