ServiceOne took good care of us in the COLD month of February. They installed a new air conditioning unit due to the phase out of R-22 refrigerant. They also brought to our attention of a situation with our furnace. We opt to buy a new one. So that would leave us without heat while we were waiting for the delivery of it. As dependable as they are, we were provided with floor heaters. Then we received a call from them shortly that a new furnace was available for installation. The following day the installation process began. Thank you Tyler, Kyle...for your assistance and care.

Our service professional, Israel, was the best we ever had. He solved long standing issues and did a great job explaining how things worked. He was so good my thought was he should be in training teaching HVAC. I hope he is recognized and promoted. This is a great service with top notch pros.

A young man came to clean our furniture and his name is Israel. He vacuumed The blower unit which, to my recollection has never been done before. We have had technicians come about every year to check over our furnace for the winter. Israel was the only one who took time to actually clean the blower unit. He said it should have been done before. To my recollection it has never been done before. Next time we have need of a technician I certainly want Israel to come to our home. He’s excellent and very knowledgeable . He even advise me on what kind of filter we should buy. Other technicians said it really doesn’t make a difference. He said it definitely does make a difference on what we buy. Keep this young man. He’s very good !!!

Last July we had Service One do an install on a new daikin HVAC and have had nothing but issues. In the last 11 months we have had a total of one install team, plus four additional technicians.

The first technician advised that us that part of the install was done wrong and the second stated they didn’t turn something on. Then our bathroom lights started dripping condensation. We were told they didn’t know why, but needed to get a new bathroom exhaust fan.

Now the winter time the furnace was great and here we are again with issues. Two weeks ago our AC outside unit wasn’t popping on, so tech three came and said the air filter needed to be changed and added a new amp. Great worked till last night.

We connected the after hours line and spoke with Anne and explained our situation and that she would have someone contact me soon. An hour goes by and nothing. So we called again and spoke with Alice and was told she put the rest in and if we don’t hear anything in 30 mins to contact after-hours. 40 mins go by and nothing. We contacted a third time and spoke with Dean and was advised that they aren’t doing any service calls and doesn’t understand why, I was told they were.

Now, today the tech number four came out and replaced the capacitor. Per the install manager theses just go bad! Please it’s a brand new unit and per research they should last 20yrs unless damaged, excessive heat or they didn’t sync it to the original unit. And we were told that the service 2weeks prior were do to high amps. And the filter was dirty. Air flow has all lot to do with the refrigerant and the refrigerant has a lot to do with the amp load.

Updated section: our bathroom started dripping condensation again and now waiting for a response.

I went with service One for the history they had in Omaha and we wanted to support locally. I have lost all faith this is company and they should have trained their technicians better, maybe our install would have been done correctly at visit one. This has caused much stress on not myself, but my husband whom is a combat injured veteran

I always learn something when Alan comes over to service our heat or AC unit. Very educational and no upsales. He does a very thorough job and I feel confident with our unit every time he leaves of what we need to do next. The scheduling staff is also welcoming and pleasant on the phone. At times I feel like I’m talking to family.

Our new AC was installed on June 9, 2022, by Service One HVAC team Tylor and AJ. My wife and I felt they are wonderful persons with very professional attitude toward their jobs. They friendly explained to us many questions we raised until we fully understood. In short, I feel they behave professional with wonderful performance and are great technicians. I was able to get service on the coldest day of the winter, on a day with a long line of people needing heater repair, with the repair people working literally all day, on New Year's Day. No other companies could help us on that day. Our repair person was working all night and finished up at our house at midnight. I don't think we were the last people on his list. Also, he did not talk down to me, like so many repair men do. I am VERY happy with the service.

Had the Annual Heating Maintenance done and the technician Alan did a great job! He was very personable and very thorough. He answered all my questions and gave me suggestions on how to keep my heater running efficiently. Thanks for the great service Alan, see you next year!!!

I went to service one for a second opinion since the other company was trying to sell me a new ac unit. They sent Israel out everytime and he did a great job. We had a bad compressor had to wait 3 wks for parts then got the compressor capacitor dryer and contact switch replaced along with evac and refilling the freon. I had him come out two days later for a leak a hose was clogged above a coil now everything is working fine. My unit is only 12 years old and has the new freon so I didn't really want to replace it yet.
