Tech was very nice, on time, thorough, and professional. I’ve had Service One since 2004 and highly recommend them, especially to my single female homeowner friends.

I called early Monday morning because my heat was not working. They sent someone out at 7pm. He was not able to fix the problem because he did not have the part, but put in an emergency work order for the part. Praying it comes in today as my house is so cold! He was friendly and as helpful as he could be.

We've utilized service 1 since purchasing our home 5 years ago. They've saved us at least a thousand dollars in repairs and replacements. If you own an older home with older appliances I highly recommend service 1. Now they work with NFM for replacements so quality concern is non-issue. We'll have service 1 for many more years or until all our appliances and HVAC systems are new!

Justin our sales rep was great; we didn't feel pressured and he made everything easy to understand. The technicians were on time and courteous. They did a good job on our install and made sure we knew everything we needed to know about our new equipment. We would highly recommend Service One based on their fair pricing and good work.

The service man Mr Anderson was fantastic, very professional, kind, respectful of property and willing to go above and beyond!!! Thank you Marty Anderson!!! However for the fee you pay monthly having to wait over a week for air conditioning service and 4 days for a garbage disposal exchange plus the service call fees is unreasonable. Hire more techs!!! I called another air conditioning company and was able to receive same day fix however it cost me $700. So I find myself questioning why I’m paying a monthly premium and an $80+ Service fee when I do have them come out. Horrible timely service, it’s a joke!!

Chris, with service 1 has been to my house a few times for drain cleaning. He does a great job and and cleans up before he leaves. I would definitely recommend him as plumber.

Alan did a great job. He came in and within a few minutes knew what was wrong and was able to replace the faulty part and had my heater running in less than 30 minutes.
