I have always had great experiences with Service One. Our most recent service was for our furnace. It quit working on what was the coldest day of the year thus far. The tech got to us that same day and had our house warming in minutes! He was kind, wore a mask, socially distanced and gave me some recommendations for routine maintenance.
Just had preventive maintenance done on AC. Alan was so informative and kind! We will be scheduling a consult soon to get a new AC unit. Energy efficiency here we come!
During the very cold weather recently my furnace was really struggling to keep up, it was set between 66-68 and I would wake up in the morning an my house was around 57 degrees. Service one made it a point to come out the same day and had my furnace earned out pretty quick and had great advice on care and maintenance going forward.
I will never not have Service One as long as I own a house!
Service One is always worth every penny. Their technicians are great at communicating arrival times, what they are fixing, and when they will be done. Ryan did a fantastic job fixing our AC! I had 2-10 and they send out different businesses at different prices and don't stand behind their work Service One is 100% the opposite and i will never go without a contract with Service One! Thanks Ryan!!
Larry was very polite and personable. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue with the AC and is ordering the parts. He also checked the furnace to ensure all was ok going into fall. Although I don’t need a new AC just yet, he answered my questions about brands, size, and issues I’ve experienced with the current one cooling the house. He also told me about the current offers, should I want to look at getting a new AC. He was very knowledgeable, and I would recommend him to anyone.
I request Allen for my furnace maintenance for a reason. Each time he comes he does a thorough job of inspecting and maintaining my furnace. He always provides useful information that helps my unit run as efficiently as possible. Great hire Service One!
Called today that our AC unit went out and they were out the same day. He was able to fix the AC enough to get it working and then told me they would be back to replace additional parts. Guy was very friendly.

We have nothing but GREAT things to say about Service One. They have ALWAYS been prompt and courteous. The tech that came today informed us that a replacement of the AC would be the most sensible choice. As it is original to the house from the 70's. After speaking with the Comfort Advisor, we agreed. Two portable units will be delivered tomorrow while we wait for the replacement. Bravo Service One!!!
ServiceOne is the best appliance repair company I've ever used. I have had a service contract with them for years. They have always been fast and efficient. All the service techs are always friendly and courteous. Joaquin R. was here today to repair our cloth washer. Even though it was getting late, he did not rush through just to finish up. He installed the new pump and didn't leave until he tested the machine to assure it was operating correctly. He was the most frienly person I've ever met. He was extremely knowledgeable in every aspect. I wish all people could be like him. Thank you Joaquin R., and thank you ServiceOne!
As a long time home warranty customer with Service One we have had only 1 other instance of bad service. This new issue is quite aggravating given the temps will be in the 90s over the weekend. We had an appointment set for Wednesday the 25th to repair our ac unit. On the day of the appointment we received a call notifying us that the repair was cancelled due to current weather conditions and it would be rescheduled for this Saturday the 5/28. We have a voice mail from Debbie informing us of the cancellation and contacted Service One to get on the Saturday schedule. Today I contacted Service One to make sure the appointment was still on 5/28 and they claim that they have no record of the appointment from this past Wednesday and they have no record of rescheduling the appointment for this Saturday. Apparently, Service One either did not properly amend on their system or were not truthful on the error and claimed that it was never scheduled to begin with. We will now be waiting for repair until next Tuesday and hoping they actually follow through on the change. Poor process and communication.
