Alan should be rewarded as he goes up and beyond in all aspects. He came to service my furnace and I was very pleased with his knowledge and thorough review & diagnosis of the system. Our furnace went out on and instead of just getting it running again he checked out the entire unit, found a few additional concerns and without hesitation fixed everything he could. He also educated us on a few things.

I called ServiceOne to come out to unclog a sink drain. The appointment was scheduled timely. Prior to our appointment, the technician communicated when he would arrive and checked that I was home. Upon arriving, Chris followed all of the COVID protocols and respected our property. Chris worked quickly to fix the issue and cleaned up after the work was completed. He provided helpful tips and a product to avoid the issue going forward. We have been using ServiceOne since 2011 and will continue.

Had an HVAC issue and contacted Service One. Alan showed up early and went right to work. He fixed the issue and gave me some pointers to avoid future issues. He cleaned up and was out the door in less than an hour. The price was fair. I would use them again and Alan was great!

I really appreciated the quick response and having the service completed. The person I first contacted in my initial inquiry to have the hot water heater replaced was professional and knowledgeable and answered all questions. The workers were considerate and respectful and cleaned up after completing the installation.
Overall I am completely satisfied with installation!

We had an unexpected pipe leak everywhere and Service One was quick to get the pipe fixed the same day. Highly recommend them for your home warranty. We have had great experiences every time we use them.

Our AC was not running properly. It was blowing out warm air. I called once in the beginning of April, they fixed the problem but then noticed a couple weeks after they left it wasn't running properly again - still blowing out warm air. The servicemen were very nice and informative. First time they were out there was 2 guys (Mike and Ala), Mike was training and doing all the work so he could learn. Second time Alan came out to fix the AC again. He noticed there was a wire that wasn't connected right which is why the air was warm. He apologized that it was missed and said he let Mike know so he didnt miss it. Definitely will have service one back out! Great service for sure!

Just had a new furnace and ac installed by Service One....amazing people to do business with from financing to installation their people are friendly knowledgeable and professional. We have used their home warranty for many years and have never had an issue either; it is so good to deal with a reputable company. We always feel that they have our best interest in mind. Big shout out to Service One!

The technician came out. He told me all costs would be out of pocket even though I have a warranty. I was quite upset so I called the office and was told that's not correct. He was polite, did his job. I had many other services after that, all warranty covered. I switched over to the monthly service plan which does not replace your appliances, but covers your ice maker, which the warranty does not. It's not hidden in the fine print. It's very clearly written that it's not covered. Over the number of years that I rented and owned homes, I always had the monthly service plan until I purchased appliances from Habitat for Humanity ReStore. I went to warranty then because I wanted to be sure they were covered. Every single time, everything was covered. The deductible was $75 at that time for the warranty. It was $30+ on the service plan for a service call. People always say why do you pay for a service plan on your appliances when it's the landlord's responsibility to repair them. The answer is the landlord could take weeks to repair or replace my appliances. Service One would be there in 24 to 48 hours at the most. I have no problem paying for the service call because I could take it off my rent. It was an agreement I had with every landlord. It saved them hours of time and expense. After I left the homes each of the landlords continued the program.
UPDATE:. The entire time we owned our home in Omaha Nebraska we had Service One. Whenever I had a problem I had someone to call who was always there for me. Not just a phone number, a person who knew my name.
We have since moved to Albuquerque New Mexico and I wish service one was available here.
