Alan has done our annual furnace inspection every year and he is very thorough and does a great job. This summer our ac went out on the hottest day of the year. I was not expecting Service One to come out right away, but they fit us into the schedule immediately. Alan got it back up and operational in a timely manner. Thank you!

Today, November 23rd, woke up to the fact my furnace is not working. I'm leaving town for 5 days over holidays, and was eager/desperate to have problem fixed. Rita, a super nice lady at the company, squeezed me in for the same day. Larry, one extremely knowledgable and confident gentleman, fixed the problem within 30 minutes or so. Although he was working late after who knows how many appointments, he was patient, determined, and super skilled. My furnace is working again, and I am more than thankful for the service this company provides. Highly recommended!

* Update.. With my current matter Kevin came out to take care of a severe plumbing backup on the 5th and took care of arranging for a water restoration company to come out for me. He could have just given me a phone number., But made sure himself I had things arranged.!
Definitely needed for home owners. I have saved cost on many repairs.

Second call:
Was having issues with my led can lights, diagnosed the problem ordered and installed parts. Showed up on time and we're efficient. Very happy with the experience

Alan has been our tech for years. We learn something every time. Takes the time to explain things, recommend cost savings and ways to keep our system efficient.

We always appreciate the fine service we receive from Service One. The office staff and technicians are always professional, helpful and courteous. Today, Alan came out to check our AC which had been lagging behind in the heat. Our unit had a leak and had frozen up. He did everything possible, explained next steps and set in motion a follow up for Monday, once the system has unfrozen. Thank you, Alan, it’s always a pleasure to welcome you into our home. You do a great job. We have been with Service One for over 30 years and recommend them highly.

Alan from Service One was awesome. He not only did a fantastic job servicing our thermostat, he went above and beyond by explaining that we have been using the wrong type of air filters this whole time. He recommended a much thinner, non allergy filter that not only works way better, but saves us money too. Very efficient and personable guy!
