They showed up 2 days late and never finished the job because the tehnician did not bring a ladder (seriously, what repair guy does not bring a ladder). Then finally they never bothered to call us back to reschedule and when I complained to the "manager" she bascially said that they refused to do it. DO NOT CALL THEM.
2 Requests for service put in via HSA Home Warranty over 2 weeks. Not even a call. Complained to HSA and they said I should try calling them even though my warranty specifically states they are to schedule vendors. I call and can't even get an appointment.
Dave was here within the allotted time frame. I explained the problem and he knew just where to start and had the problem fixed in under 30 minutes. He also gave me some pointers on the correct filters to use with ac vs heat."
Outstanding service! Technician arrived on time and was very friendly and helpful explaining what he was doing to repair our furnace. Would highly recommend!

Service on Sunday when furnace broke and temps in single digits! Took 2 minutes to identify problem and less than 5 to fix! Courtious tech as well! Outstanding!
If there were a negative this would be them. It's been 3 weeks in 110° heat with no returned calls, lied to, cursed at, etc. They've now gotten the attention of the Attorney general, BBB, MO licensing boards (3), County admin & more.
