If you have a home warranty plan, ask them to send someone else. Sierra Mechanical only seems to come with the sole intention of denying claims or doing a simple fix. When it's time to come do real work, they don't show up nor do they call you. No respect for a customer's time.
If you have to use them make sure a male is present when they come. Rude, unprofessional, and condescending to my wife. Left the AC in pieces and some tubing loose after their "inspection" which became even more expensive to repair. We were told the AC was working perfectly fine and nothing was wrong despite pumping 80 degree air into the house in the height of summer.
They came the first time and solved the issue with the air conditioning once earlier this spring but now the air is out again going on three weeks. With a heart patient in the house as well as me having a medical condition as well it is detrimental to our health!!! I don’t think they take people’s lives serious enough! People die in very hot weather and hospital bills are way more expensive than just replacing a part in a week. There are also others having that same issue in the neighborhood!
Update: We still don’t have our air conditioning fix they never showed up when they said they were. When they finally showed up they did not finish the job, took a part and did not return to finish the job. Again we have people in the house, who’s a heart patient, one person who has a medical condition and two asthmatic people in the home.
Cindy is very efficient, patient and accommodating! She helped us very quickly during a busy time in her office. The techs also were really great. Highly recommend.
Sierra Mechanical Came to my house to look at the Furnace. Tech arrived and quickly found out that furnace was not fixable. The guy bent over backwards to get a nice price on a new Trane system for my house. Then he went and got the new furnace from his shop and put it in on the same day! He was one hard working young man. Sierra you guys definitely dont want to let him slip away. Thanks Sierra and Thanks to the Young Man Named Dave . Best company around by far.. Im completely blown away I will refer these guys to anyone I know.
This company is extremely unprofessional. I went through HSA because my A/C is broke in the midde of the night on Monday. I called Sierra Mechanical first thing Tuesday morning and scheduled a service call on Wednesday between 12-5. My husband stayed home from work to be there, no call, no show. I then called Sierra Mechanical on Thursday morning and the response was "we don't service Eureka". If that's the case, WHY would you schedule a service call in the first place. TERRIBLE SERVICE!
The tech Dan was a pleasure to work with and did a wonderful job. Got here on time and was able to fix the problem quickly. Thank you for bring back heat to our home before it gets to 5 degrees tomorrow.
Our tech had been working all day and he was still so friendly and happy, even though we did not have heat, his positivity was contagious. he quickly got our heat back on! We are so appreciative!
Budget hvac got the job done sierra mech. Want you to put your life on hold for them to show up there's always other hvac co. willing to make that money
Wow, the worst experience ever. First guy who came out, to fix our furnace, said he has worked 33 years not to climb in attics and said he would get someone younger out. This is a big attic that you can stand in and has lights. Then an even older guy shows up, stood at the top of the ladder for 10 minutes and decided to start complaining about the attic after he realized he couldn't pull himself up. I just decided to figure out the problem myself, ordered the piece off line for $20 and will replace it myself.
