Previously used this company for service on our HVAC, refrigeration, and cooking equipment. Was very pleased with quality of work performed and professionalism. The technician was always personable and knowledgeable. He insured that issues with equipment we're shown and explained to us and made sure we understood the scope of work to be done to correct them. Unfortunately the new owners of our chain of stores elected to use a service company that was already doing business with them when they bought our stores. Our service needs are not taken care of by RKS anymore sadly. If given the opportunity by upper management to change service providers in the future that is exactly what I wil be doing. I fully recommend doing business with RKS.
