Design Aire Heating & Cooling

We’ve used Design Aire for years, and are under their yearly maintenance agreement. They come out twice a year to check the air conditioning and heating and make sure everything is working well. Late last night, our air conditioner went out, and I contacted them, and they sent someone right out in the morning who had it fixed Within an hour. Very good service, and their technicians are always extremely friendly and polite. Would definitely recommend.

Our A/C unit went out on a holiday weekend and they were out within 30 minutes of the call. Assessed the issue, replaced the part and had it up and running in no time! Very friendly and respectful technician each time he has been out to the house.

Called and left a message that AC was out at 6:00 PM on Thursday. We received a call around 8:00 AM the next day from a friendly and professional lady who asked about our issues, told me what we should do until their technician could make it out and scheduled a technician to be out by 12:00 Noon that day. We also got a text confirming our appointment that included a picture of Jake our technician. We also received a text when Jake was on this way. When Jake got here he was very professional and seemed to know what he was doing. He quickly diagnosed the issue. He had a replacement fan motor on his truck. He got it installed in 30 or 40 minutes. We could not be happier. We have used Design Air in past and strongly recommend them to our friends and family. Most importantly we feel we can trust what they say. Many of my friends seem to always be told their only option is to replace their AC and or furnace for $5,000 to $16,000. Design Air got us up and going again within 24 hours for around $600. Jake also talked to us about the life expectancy of our older systems and when we will know it is time to get a new unit. Again, we could not be happier!!!

Came home from work on a Sunday evening to my AC no longer working. They made it out and quickly repaired the unit despite having numerous other calls to get to. I really appreciate the extra mile!

Josh, was very friendly and knowledge. Called prior to coming to let us know he was in route. We have used the company before been pleased with all service. I highly recommend Design Aire.

Our AC went out last night around 10pm and a repairman was at our house to fix it by 8:30 the next morning. It was professional, explained everything, and answered my questions. Excellent service!!

Nate came over on a weekend when it was hot and our a/c shut down. He identified the problem quickly and got us up and running within 2 hours of my call. As a service technician myself, it made me happy to see another company with employees who care. Thanks guys.

Always great experience when dealing with design aire, always there when you need them. Great people , good prices and always honest and helpful from top to bottom, can't recommend them enough.

I called Design Aire this past Friday at 1:00 on my son’s recommendation because my ac unit was making a screeching sound.. I honestly didn’t think anyone would be able to come out since it was a Friday and one of the hottest days of 2023. Zach Humphrey was here by 3:45; he evaluated the unit and was so honest about the status of the equipment and what was needed; gave me all options and was so professional about the best way to resolve the problem that I was amazed by his truthfulness and lack of trying to up sell me… we discussed a newer unit and I’m looking into that now. Zach is an outstanding employee and representative of your company… don’t loose the good ones; your name is riding on their performance. Zach also replaced the new ac filter I had near the unit. Great job Zach and thank you.
