Design Aire Heating & Cooling

Had a wonderful experience with Design Aire Inc. Brian Cook provided me with an estimate for the right system for our house. I felt like he was honest and very knowledgeable. No upselling. The estimate he provided was fair and they as all of the part in stock for my Trane HVAC system. I was able to have the job scheduled and completed within 2 weeks of the original estimate. I received a text notification the day prior to the installation, letting me know the names of the technicians, as well as their experience and I couldn’t be happier. They arrived on time and had everything up and running by 3 pm! Joe Placht and Joey Stevenski were polite, personable, and very knowledgeable. They did are excellent job explaining how the new system will work and it is sooooo quiet. They took away the old equipment and cleaned up everything. It was great! I would highly recommend Design Aire Inc to anyone needing a new HVAC system.

AC went out on oncoming hottest weekend of the summer. Ryan came the next day, diagnosed the problem and had my AC up and running in about 1/2 hour. So grateful!
