Design Aire Heating & Cooling

I needed to replace my aged and broken HVAC system. I looked for several companies, options and estimates and Design Aire was the clearest and most reasonably priced option. I had already worked with them before so this was not a surprise. They prepared a bid listening to my needs, clearly explaining the options, pros/cons and being honest and up front with everything. I really appreciate this clarity and honesty in such an expensive and unfamiliar topic for me. They could schedule me 3 days out. The install team was punctual, professional and understanding with all my questions. They used all the time those shoe covers to keep the rest of the house clean, which I appreciate. They did a great job removing the old system and installing the new one, working around my existing humidifier and other pipes, in around the 6 hours expected, cleaned up everything and left with the system working like a charm. I am very happy with the experience and will likely continue working with them in the future.

I had never used Design Aire previously and when my AC quit late yesterday afternoon, I called them after hours and left a message. I honestly did not expect a call back so quickly the following morning. They squeezed me into their schedule but couldn’t guarantee a time; however, shortly before noon, the technician texted me that he was on his way. Nate was exceptionally professional and explained what he found and what he recommended. I did not feel pressured as he gave me a couple of suggestions. He replaced the thermostat on my AC and noted there might be a small leak, but due to the age of my AC he felt I could get more use out of what I have for my needs. I would highly recommend Design Aire to others in my neighborhood and am confident I will contact them again for other repairs in the future. Very pleased customer!

Design Aire was incredibly responsive, and was out the very next day after I experienced AC issues in my home. Ben, the service tech was very professional and knowledgeable, and walked me through every step off of my issues, and what the solutions were. All the employees at this company were professional and great to work with. From the sales guy, Jim, to the 2 employees that came out to install, Cory and Rick. Cory explained everything they did and was patient with my barking dogs. Definitely recommend this company. They offer financing too, which was helpful.

My heat stopped working over the weekend. I called Design Aire Monday morning and they came out in less than 2 hours. Josh had the replacement part needed on his truck and completed the job. Very happy with all aspects of this company!
