AL-DON was great to work with. They offered me several different HVAC options for my new install. Their prices and technology offered were WAY better than the two other contractors I had received quotes from. The install was flawless. They have great attention to detail and left everything looking professional. I highly recommend AL-DON for all your hvac needs. I got a state of the art Diakin Fit at a price that beat everyone else. Their communication and professionalism was great.

This company is amazing! Our commercial AC system was not working and it was 82 degrees in the building. They were able to get out to us quicker than other companies and did a fantastic job. Had our AC system was up and running in no time. Alex is an amazing technician and his customer service was above and beyond. Highly recommend for in-home or commercial!

WOW Just WOW !!! These guys install a furnace under the promise of 10 years of coverage, but don't actually try to lay claim to this "Coverage" that where the scam starts and quickly revealed itself to be an all words no action promise that is simply not fulfilled. Super disappointed with these guys will NEVER USE AGAIN. As a flipper currently working on 5 homes in the area with the intent to buy dozens more this year I can confidently say we will NEVER, EVER, EVER work with this company ever under any circumstance. Read their negative reviews they tell you far more than their positive ones.

What they "Claim" to offer as far as warranties go, and what they "Actually" offer are quite different from the reality they sell.

These people are not honest in what they offer and when you call to get the warranty coverage they promise you and they have reasons why it is no longer valid, and even when you can't find the reasons they list in your paperwork you realize that this company uses false promises and lies to sell their product and convince you of the value of long term coverage when in fact it is lies, deceptions, and outright misrepresentations.

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS their are way more companies in the area that actually honor their work and have integrity. Their negative reviews show that I am clearly not the only one.

Despicable, Disgusting and Dishonest. Refusal to honor warranty. Installed in 2017 Warranty paperwork says 10 years but now they are making excuses as to why they can cover it. (No conditions listed on their warranty documentation. DO NOT TRUST THEM OR THEIR BOGUS WARRANTY THEY DO NOT BACK UP THEIR WORK AT ALL !!!!

And their response is even more dishonesty as this response is clearly manufactured based on our call. None of this was mentioned on the call, they are now saying something different to make themselves not look like the horrible troglodite company that they are. Instead of actually reaching out and trying to make it right they actually double down by spouting additional lies which actually makes them even worse of a company than before because rather than make it right they prefer to double down and say even more lies. WOW Just WOW

I bought my system and it came with a 10 year warranty. However in trying to use that warranty I found that it is completely useless garbage.

They Lie and misrepresent in order to get out of servicing their warranty. They basically have no warranty as they literally refuses to honor it giving various reasons (None of which appeared on my paperwork) Their warranty was nothing more than a marketing scam to which they have zero intent to back up.

They do not back their product up. Their so called "10 year WARRANTY" is not honored. Instead they make up excuses and claims as to why its not covered. I have the original documentation in my possession and their so called exemptions are simply not listed. Just excuses made to charge me for what was represented as being covered. Rather than keep their word and do what they purport to GUARANTEE they prefer to lie and play word games over the phone. DISHONEST DO NOT TRUST THEM !!!

My boiler floor heating system failed and some companies said the boiler could not be repaired. In the process of doing estimate AL-Don told me the boiler was repairable and they really made the boiler work again. I especially want to thank Alex for his kindness and skill and I will give the boiler maintenance and repairing job to them in future. Thank you again, AL-Don and Alex.
