This place is a scam. I was never given an estimate or description of work performed on my furnace and was charged $650 for a $100 part. Very unprofessional, rip-off, bad customer service. The technician lied to my face and said I’d be emailed an invoice with the breakdown of the $779 charges, and it was never received.

I have had the zone heating and cooling system for a few years now and works great. They come out twice a year and inspect the units. Alex came out most recently and was very professional and knowledgeable. Explained everything in a way I could understand. First class outfit!
