This was an excellent installation process. The time it took for them to meet me and explain what I needed and then getting a quote to me was less than 1 day. I had an entire heating and cooling system installed. They were at my home on time and ready to start at the exact time they said and were done sooner than I anticipated. All 3 guys were so polite and took great care of my home and carpet, they cleaned up everything. They explained in detail all that they were doing and how to work everything. They swept my basement floor and driveway and even assured me none of their vehicles leaked oil or anything. I highly recommend them for your needs. Thank you for such a great job!

This past Sunday, we noticed our AC wasn’t working and the force of the cool air had deteriorated. I contacted Astro Sunday midday and got a call from Jason within the hour. Jason troubleshooted the issue via phone and we discovered that our filter should have been changed as it was very dirty..(we’re new home owners :/). However that didn’t resolve the problem so Astro sent out a tech the very next day. I appreciate their responsiveness and efficiency in resolving our issue and will continue to use their services. AC not working during heat wave. Called Astro early evening on 7/3. Jason came out within the hour, fixed the issue and we were back in cooling mode very quickly despite the holiday. Highly recommended!

I have used Astro for a number of years, helping me limp my old AC until the new one was installed 2 yrs ago. Jason and his team are wonderful and very professional. Love having my maintenance 2 times a year, they are very courteous in scheduling to meet my time-frames!

Woke up to A/C not cooling, called Astro and received a quick call back with an estimated arrival time of 2-3 hours. Jason arrived on time and worked through the rain to quickly resolve the issue! The parts were still under warranty so just paid for the service call.

Jason and Dan were very helpful, friendly, and courteous. They fit us into there already busy schedule. Thought to check to see if problem was covered by warranty. Thank goodness it was.

Astro is fantastic. They are the only HVAC company that we utilize because they are always on time, they get the job done, and they are friendly and take the time to make sure things are done correctly. I really cannot say enough about the company and the job they do.

The Astro technicians are always prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. We've been very satisfied with their quick call backs on repairs and thorough inspections on regular maintenance. I recommend them to everyone. Jason came to our house within 12 hours of our call, fixed our furnace in under twenty minutes and kept us from freezing in -5° weather.
